    摘要： A method for producing a bag from a tube including transverse lines of perforations delimiting tabs of the future bag, a rear tab of a first bag being opposite a front tab of the second bag following the first. A first step involves separating the first and second bags; a second step involves separating a piece of waste remaining on one of the bags between the two tabs. The first and second steps are carried out between a first pair of separation cylinders and a second pair of cylinders, the piece of waste being clamped between the cylinders of the first pair during the first step in order to be held on the second bag, then clamped and torn off by the second pair during the second step.

    摘要： A method for sorting bags that includes filing past flat one after the other while being separated by a gap; the exterior edges of each bag are checked to determine whether a template and a position of the bag correspond to a calibrated bag or non-calibrated bag. The non-calibrated bags are ejected and the calibrated bags are presented in front of a visual inspection system to determine an acceptable or unacceptable quality of the inspected bag. The acceptable bags are stacked and the unacceptable bags are rejected after they have passed in front of the visual inspection system.

    摘要： According to a method for forming packs of flat bags, a continuous line of bags moving in an oriented direction of advance is received. The bags are moved onto a receiving table on which the bags are stacked while being stopped from moving in the oriented direction of advance by an abutment. The continuous line of bags is converted into a line of overlapped bags before stacking the latter, and the bags are separated on the receiving table by separating means comprising a separating device. During this operation, a separating device is inserted by a movement in the separating direction perpendicular to the plane of the bags between a preceding bag and a following bag in the overlapped line in such a way that, when the following bag stops against the abutment, it is supported at least partially by the separating means.

    摘要： A flexible bag comprising a first wall and a second wall superposed over the first wall, the walls being connected to each other along their longitudinal edges by two gussets. As per a bag formation process, successively: the bag is closed with a flap extending from one of the walls and held on the other wall to form a closed end of the bag; the first wall of the bag is gripped at a predetermined distance from the closed end with the lower grippers and the second wall by the upper grippers and the walls are separated to form a side on the gussets; the second wall is released by the upper grippers and the closed end is folded by a folding device on to the second wall, thus making the bottom.
