摘要: There is provided an electric power control apparatus in an electric power system (11) with power sources connected thereto, the power sources including a generator, and a storage cell, including a power aggregator (4) for selecting the power sources on the basis of a CO2 origination amount. The power aggregator 4 includes a data collection unit (41) for receiving a selection condition of each of apparatuses collecting information via a setting screen on a display unit (46), thereby acquiring information including a voltage value, and a current value of each of the apparatuses in the electric power system, according to the selection condition, an electric power coloring unit (43) for computing of which power generator origin electric power stored in the storage cell is on the basis of the voltage value, the current value and admittance with respect to each of power sources, thereby computing a CO2 origination amount obtained by multiplying the electric power for every power generator origins by a CO2 emission coefficient preset by a power generation type, and a system control-apparatus computation unit (45) for displaying the CO2 origination amount by the power source on the display unit (46).

摘要: A ball composed of a ball body and a single- or multi-layered coating film covering the ball body, wherein the coating film includes a coating layer having good scratch or scuff resistance and high resilience. The ball keeps a good appearance even after repeated hitting because of its good scratch or scuff resistance and its ability to repair scratches automatically with the lapse of time even though it is temporarily damaged.

摘要: A method of shaping a semisolid metal comprising pouring a molten aluminum or magnesium alloy which contains a crystal grain refiner and which is superheated to less than 50° C. above a liquidus temperature of aluminum or magnesium, directly into a vessel without using a cooling jig, maintaining the alloy in the vessel for 30 seconds to 30 minutes as a resultant melt is cooled to a temperature where a specified liquid fraction is established such that a temperature of the poured alloy which is liquid and superheated to less than 10° C. above the liquidus temperature or which is partially solid, partially liquid and at a temperature of less than 5° C. below the liquidus temperature decreases from an initial level and passes through a temperature zone 5° C. below the liquidus temperature within at least 10 minutes, whereby fine primary crystals are generated in the alloy, recovering the alloy from the vessel, supplying the alloy into a mold, and shaping the alloy under pressure.

摘要: A method and apparatus for the semisolid forming of alloys to enable shaped parts having a fine-grained, spherical thixotropic structure to be produced in a convenient, easy and inexpensive manner without relying upon the conventional mechanical or electromagnetic agitation. In the method, a molten alloy having crystal nuclei at a temperature not lower than the liquidus temperature or a partially solid, partially molten alloy having crystal nuclei at a temperature not lower than a molding temperature is fed into an insulated vessel and is maintained in the insulated vessel for 5 seconds to 60 minutes as it is cooled to the molding temperature where a specified liquid fraction is established, thereby crystallizing fine primary crystals in the alloy solution, and the alloy is fed into a forming mold, where it is shaped under pressure.

摘要: An electric power steering apparatus includes a rolling bearing 9 for supporting rotatably a worm 6 that is rotated by a steering assisting electric motor 5; a first resilient portion 21 which is disposed in contact with the inner circumference of an inner ring 9b of the rolling bearing 9 and held on the worm 6 so that it is extendable by a force in an axial direction applied to the worm 6; and two resilient members 22 and 23, held in contact with both ends of the inner ring 9b, for restraining the movement of the worm 6 in the axial direction. Even when the electric power steering apparatus has a single rolling bearing, the worm 6 is moved in the axial direction by a steering force transmitted to the worm 6 from a worm wheel 7 in a steering range in which the motor 5 is not driven, and the steering load in the steering range in which the motor 5 is not driven is decreased.
