摘要: Disclosed is a circuit arrangement comprising at least one storage device for electrical charges to generate at least one voltage pulse by selectively discharging the storage device, and at least one control unit for controlling the discharge. A controller for monitoring the chronological progression of the voltage pulse is provided which controls at least one continuation of discharge after termination. Biomaterial is treated by using at least one electrical field generated by a first voltage pulse which is terminated once the value for an electrical parameter has exceeded or dropped below a preset limit. After the first voltage pulse has been terminated, it is continued by an additional voltage pulse.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for treating biological material via electrical current, in which the biological material is added to a small volume of a buffer solution having relative high ionic strength. A strong electrical field is generated in the buffer solution by a high voltage pulse having a preset duration. The biological material is added to at most 50 μl of a buffer solution with an ionic strength of at least 100 mmol/l. By at least one voltage pulse having a preset duration of at least 10 μs, an electrical field with a field strength of at least 1 kV/cm is generated in the buffer solution. The voltage pulse is hereby interrupted at least once for a duration of at least 100 μs and is then again continued.

摘要: Ground warp and pile warp thread sheets are supplied to a shed forming device. The ground warp and the pile warp are separately deflected over a deflecting rod upstream from the shed forming device. The deflecting rod supports the ground warp and directs the pile warp to cross and interpenetrate through the ground warp before deflecting the pile warp into the back shed. The deflecting rod is positively driven and controlled to pivot about a horizontal axis to provide a positive controlled partial compensation of the pile warp thread length variations. The pile warp also runs over a pile warp thread reserve and compensating device upstream from the thread crossing location to provide an additional passive uncontrolled compensation of the pile warp thread length variations and to provide a pile warp thread reserve during the pile loop formation and/or the shed changes in the weaving process.

摘要: Arrangement for controlling the movement of a rearward-side air guiding system on motor vehicles, the rearward-side air guiding system having a rear spoiler provided on a rearward-side hood and a rear wing connected therewith, and the rear wing being movable by means of the arrangement from a retracted inoperative position into an extended operative position and vice versa. The arrangement for controlling the movement of the rear wing includes at least two telescopic tilt-out devices and one connection respectively between a driving device and the telescopic tilt-out device. The driving device contains a motor and at least one hydraulic cylinder, so that, when the motor (17) is triggered, a pressure is built up in the at least one hydraulic cylinder (18,18′) which can be transmitted to the telescopic tilt-out devices (16,16′) and has the effect that the rear wing (12) is moved against a spring force into its operative position.
