摘要: A hydrostatic hybrid drive system for road vehicles includes a pump/motor unit (1) connected to the powertrain of the vehicle, controlled by a control unit (5) in a pump or motor operation, and connected to a high-pressure hydraulic accumulator via a first working line (7). The first working line can be closed by a control valve (45) and connected to a low-pressure hydraulic accumulator via a second working line (9). The high-pressure hydraulic accumulator and low-pressure hydraulic accumulator are formed by a double-piston accumulator (11), in which a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side having respective accumulator pistons (15, 17) are formed in an accumulator housing (13). The fluid chambers (23, 25) of the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side are separated by a central housing part (21) through which the common piston rod for both accumulator pistons (15, 17) extends. The control unit (5) of the pump/motor unit (1) having a control area can be supplied from the first working line (7) via a line connection (59) provided on the first working line (7) between the pump/motor unit (1) and the control valve (45).

摘要: The invention relates to a dual piston accumulator which is provided, in particular, in a hydrostatic hybrid-drive system for vehicles to replace a high pressure hydro accumulator and a low pressure hydro accumulator, wherein, inside a single accumulator housing (2) which extends in the axial direction in a single piece over a high pressure part (4) and a low pressure part (6), an accumulator piston (8, 10) defines a high pressure-sided fluid chamber (16) and a low pressure-sided fluid chamber (18), both of which border an intermediate piece (12) separating the high pressure side (4) from the low pressure side (6) through which the common piston nod (14) extends for both accumulator pistons (8, 10). Said accumulator is characterised in that the wall width of the housing (2) corresponding to the high pressure pan (4) is greater than the opposite induced wall width which corresponds to the low pressure pan (6).

摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic reservoir in particular a membrane reservoir, with a gas inlet body (12) which may be connected to parts of the reservoir housing and which comprises at least one mounting surface (28) for an elastically flexible separating element (16), which separates two chambers arranged within the reservoir housing from each other. The separating element (16) comprises a edge reinforcement (30) formed by material thickening to give a fixing edge for that part with the corresponding mounting surface (28) of the gas inlet body (12). Failures at the position of the fixing of the separation element to the hydraulic reservoir are avoided, despite high loading of the separating element under working conditions for the reservoir, whereby the edge reinforcement (30) is provided with a convex guide surface on the side thereof facing the gas inlet body (12) in contact with the corresponding mounting surface (28), which is at least partly concave in embodiment to match said unit.

摘要: A hydropneumatic pressure reservoir (1) forms a housing from at least two housing shells (3, 5) connected together. At least the end region of the one housing shell (5) includes an outwardly-extending, funnel-like guide surface between its free end and a sealing element for bringing together the two housing shells (3, 5). At least on elastic sealing element (41) is provided on at least one retaining surface for generation of a tensioning force on the boundary region (21) of the membrane (13). A simplified construction with improved sealing in the critical connection of the pressure reservoir is achieved.

摘要: A compensating device suitable for use in railway car transformers has at least one compensation receptacle in fluid communication connection with the interior of the housing of a transformer and having a fluid volume. A separating element limits the fluid volume in the compensation receptacle. When a change occurs in the fluid volume in the compensation receptacle, the separating element is subject to a change in position. The separating element is designed in the form of a roll-over membrane. The circumferential edge of the membrane is connected to the side walls of the compensation receptacle at a distance form the bottom of the receptacle in a sealing manner. The connection is such that the roll-over membrane, in its rolled-up state, has a position in which it allows for the largest amount of fluid volume by substantially extending in one plane at a distance form the bottom. The membrane can be rolled-out from this position so as to approach the side walls and bottom in the compensation receptacle, reducing the fluid volume.

摘要: A melting safety device for discharging gas from the gas system of a hydropneumatic pressure reservoir or accumulator has a blocking element of a material which melts when exposed to an undue temperature increase. A normally closed valve can be opened by a control member which is prebiased for controlled movement by the force of a power drive. The blocking element is a mechanical blocking member which blocks the controlled movement of the control member prior to its melting, but permits the controlled movement of the control member upon melting.
