摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for acquiring operating parameters of a photographic lens, including: a control circuit and a storage unit that are configured in the photographic lens, where the control circuit acquires an operating parameter of the photographic lens by using a focusing ring position sensor, a zoom ring position sensor, an aperture ring position sensor, an accelerometer and a gyro sensor; and the control circuit is further connected to a camera or an external data reading device by using a communication interface, to output the operating parameter after data encapsulation in real time.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a memory device that includes a substrate and source and drain regions formed in the substrate. The memory device includes a gate dielectric formed on the substrate and between the source and drain regions. The memory device also includes a gate structure formed on the gate dielectric and the gate structure has a planar top surface. The memory device further includes a multi-spacer structure that includes first, second, and third spacers. The first spacer is formed on a sidewall of the gate structure and a top surface of one of the source and drain regions. The second spacer is formed on a sidewall of the first spacer and the second spacer has a dielectric constant greater than a dielectric constant of the first spacer. The third spacer is formed on a sidewall of the second spacer and a horizontal surface of the first spacer.

The technique may include identifying a data stream that is to be modulated by a ring modulator of an optical transmitter, wherein the data stream has a frequency operable to cause thermal-based BLW of an optical output of the optical transmitter. The technique may further include adjusting a time-varying direct current (DC) voltage bias of the ring modulator based on the frequency of the data stream. 摘要: Embodiments described herein may be related to apparatuses, processes, and techniques related to fully integrated optical coherent modulators on a silicon chip. These coherent modulators may be used to enable transmitters, receivers, transceivers, tunable lasers and other optical or electro-optical devices to be integrated on a silicon chip. In embodiments, the optical coherent modulators may be based on differential microring modulators that may be nested in a Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) configuration. Embodiments may also be directed to a miniaturized and fully integrated coherent modulators, which can enable terabit per second (Tbps) transceivers in a small form factor based on coherent modulation on a silicon chip. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

摘要: A double-sided machining laser machine tool is provided for machining a workpiece having opposite first and second machining surfaces. The machine tool includes a laser machining apparatus and a mechanical arm. The laser machining apparatus includes a laser source, a light guiding-and-focusing lens assembly, a three-axis moving stage, an optical inspection device, and a control device. The control device drives the three-axis moving stage moving the workpiece to a machining horizontal coordinate and a machining altitude according to a current horizontal coordinate and a current altitude of the work piece. The control device drives the laser source and the light guiding-and-focusing lens assembly focusing the laser light to the first machining surface. The mechanical arm is controlled by the control device. When the machining of the first machining surface is finished, the mechanical arm flips over the workpiece to allow the laser machining apparatus to machine the second machining surface.
