The present invention relates to a powder coating composition having a glass transition temperature of 20.degree. to 80.degree. C. and containing(A) 56 to 86.9% by weight of a polyacrylate polyol component having a hydroxyl number of 30 to 155 and a glass transition temperature of 30.degree. to 120.degree. C.,(B) 0.1 to 9% by weight of a polyester polyol component having a hydroxyl number of 40 to 180 and a glass transition temperature of -40.degree. to 80.degree.
