摘要: The present invention provides an electric working machine in which a control board can be disposed without limitations based on a length of a brushless motor in a direction along an axial line. The electric working machine comprises: a brushless motor provided with a rotor and a stator; a motor case and a motor housing in which the brushless motor is stored; a control board which is provided outside of the motor housing in a radial direction of an axial line defined at the center of the rotor, and supports the switching elements; a connection board which is provided in the motor case, and supports the sensors; a through hole provided on the motor case; a through hole provided on the motor housing; and leads and signal lines extending from inside of the motor housing to the outside of the motor housing through the holes.

摘要: A fastener driving tool is provided which performs driving only when a trigger lever is turned ON following a push lever. The fastener driving tool includes a sleeve valve driving a driver blade, and in the sleeve valve, supply and exhaust of compressed air are controlled by a trigger valve. The trigger valve includes a valve piston movable between an air-supply position where the valve piston causes an opening part and a communication port to communicate with each other and blocks an exhaust port, and an exhaust position where the valve piston blocks the opening part and causes the exhaust port and the communication port to communicate with each other, and a plunger movable between a communication position where the plunger causes compressed air in a pressure accumulation chamber to be supplied to a pressure chamber and a shutoff position where the plunger shuts off communication between the pressure accumulation chamber and the pressure chamber and causes air in the pressure chamber to be exhausted. When a trigger and a push lever are in striking stop positions, the plunger is driven to a communication position by a trigger arm.

摘要: In order to provide an impact tool which is capable of increasing a striking force in a rotational direction of being applied from a hammer to an anvil, the impact tool includes: an electric motor; an anvil which supports a work tool and is driven by the electric motor; and a hammer which applies the striking force in the rotational direction to the anvil. The impact tool is provided with: a spindle which is arranged to be concentric with the anvil, supports the hammer to be movable in an axial direction and the rotational direction with respect to the anvil, and transmits motive power of the electric motor to the anvil; and a control unit which controls rotation speed of the electric motor. The number of strokes of the anvil due to one rotation of the hammer differs in response to rotation speed of the electric motor.

摘要: An electric power tool 1 has a motor 3, a housing 2, a power cord 9, and a power supply control circuit portion 8. The housing 2 has a body portion 21 for accommodating the motor, a substrate accommodating portion 23 for accommodating a substrate on which a control substrate for operating the motor 3 is mounted, a handle portion 22 having one end connected to the body portion 21 and another end connected to the substrate accommodating portion 23. The power cord 9 extends from the substrate accommodating portion 23 and is connected to an AC power supply. The power supply circuit portion 8 has a choke coil 86 and a film capacitor 88 for filtering noise, and converts AC power supplied through the power cord 9 to DC power. The choke coil 86 and a film capacitor 88 are accommodated in the substrate accommodating portion 23. Accordingly, the handle portion can be formed shorter, and assemblability of the electric power tool can be improved.

摘要: To provide a power tool capable of suppressing torque ripple and reducing power consumption without demagnetizing the permanent magnets in the rotor. The power tool includes a brushless motor, converting means, voltage detecting, and means conduction switching means. The brushless motor includes: a stator including a plurality of windings; and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The converting means is configured to convert an AC voltage supplied from an AC power supply into a varying DC voltage. The voltage detecting means is configured to detect the varying DC voltage. The conduction switching means includes an output line for applying the varying DC voltage to the plurality of windings. The conduction switching means is configured to perform: sequentially switching at least one winding to be applied with the varying DC voltage among the plurality of windings to rotate the rotor; and changing number of conducting windings on the basis of the varying DC voltage, the number of conducting windings being number of the at least one winding to be applied with the varying DC voltage.

摘要: A power tool which has an anvil 20 that is rotated by a hammer 22 and is housed in a housing, and rotates an output shaft 18 is provided. The anvil 20 and the output shaft 18 are integrally formed into one unit, and a carrier 33 that is rotatable relative to the anvil 20 by a predetermined angle on the same axis is provided. On one portion of an outer circumferential surface of the anvil 20, a relief surface 20a is formed. Cut-out portions 33b are formed at positions opposed to each other of a carrier 33, and by allowing an engaging pin 37 to be interposed therein, a locking mechanism that limits the relative rotation between the anvil 20 and a lock ring 38 is prepared. When the tool main body is manually rotated while the hammer 22 is being stopped, the engaging pin 37 limits the relative rotation between the anvil 20 and the lock ring 38. The locked state between the anvil 20 and the lock ring 38 is released immediately when the rotation of the motor 4 is started.

When the communication-terminal-side control unit determines the occurrence of abnormality in any one of the electric tools 10, 200, 300, and 400, the occurrence of abnormality in the electric tool 10, 200, 300, or 400 is reported by at least one of a report unit included in the electric tools 10, 200, 300, and 400 other than the electric tool 10, 200, 300, or 400 in which the occurrence of abnormality is determined and a report unit included in the communication terminal 100.
