    摘要: The invention refers to a pneumatically driven apparatus, in particular a hand guided and/or hand held pneumatic power tool (1), comprising a pneumatic rotary vane motor (100), a working element (9) and a gear arrangement functionally located between the motor (100) and the working element (9) for transmitting a rotational movement and torque. The motor (100) comprises a housing defining a cylindrical chamber (114) extending along a cylinder axis, and a cylindrical rotor (104) located in the chamber (114) and extending along and rotatable about an axis (60) running parallel to the cylinder axis, the rotor (104) comprising a plurality of radially movable vanes (108) forced radially outwards during rotation of the rotor (104). It is suggested that the gear arrangement is a magnetic gear arrangement (20) and that the rotor (104) of the motor (100) comprises permanent magnets (56) attached thereto between the vanes (108) thereby making the rotor (104) of the pneumatic motor (100) form one of the rotating components (52; 54) of the magnetic gear arrangement (20).

    摘要: A filter arrangement for filtering dust-laden air generated by a hand-guided power tool having a motor features a filter cartridge having a hollow casing with a longitudinal extension along a longitudinal axis, a hollow filter element located inside the hollow casing, having a longitudinal extension along the longitudinal axis, an air inlet port in the hollow casing, pneumatically connected to the power tool to allow the dust-laden air generated by the power tool to flow into the hollow casing, and an air outlet port in the hollow casing, to allow filtered air to leave the filter cartridge. An external chamber of the filter cartridge is formed between the hollow casing and the hollow filter element. An internal chamber is formed inside the hollow filter element. The internal chamber is closed by a conical head portion at a first end of the internal chamber facing towards the air inlet port. The external chamber is in pneumatic connection with the air inlet port and the internal chamber at a second end opposite to the first end is in pneumatic connection with the air outlet port. The filter arrangement includes an active airflow generating device being in pneumatic connection with the air outlet port and the internal chamber of the filter cartridge in order to generate or support the airflow through the filter cartridge.

The polishing layer includes a fabric having a woven mesh of microfibers that define a back side of the polishing layer. The fabric serves as a barrier to the resilient material of the damping layer such that the resilient material does not reach an active side of the polishing layer comprising the microfibers when the damping layer, adhesive layer and polishing layer are combined, and such that the active side of the polishing layer is free of resilient material of the damping layer.

It is suggested that the filter arrangement comprises an active airflow generating device (30) with a fan (40) comprising a plurality of blades (44) and driven by an electric motor (38) separate from an electric motor of the power tool (1), the airflow generating device (30) being in pneumatic connection with the air inlet port (15) of the filter cartridge (13) or with the air outlet port (20) of the filter cartridge (13) in order to generate or support the airflow (8) through the filter cartridge (13).

    摘要: The invention refers to a vacuum cleaner (10) comprising a housing (15) with first components arranged therein which interoperate with one another in order to realize a first air flow (42′″) for a vacuum cleaning functionality. The first components comprise a first electric motor (40) and a first turbine (38) actuated by the first electric motor (40) in order to create the first air flow (42′″) and a low-pressure in a dust collecting chamber (22) of the vacuum cleaner (10) provided with an inlet opening (24) in order to suck in dust and small particles into the dust collecting chamber (22). The vacuum cleaner (10) further comprises second components separate from the first components and the second components interoperate with one another in order to realize a second air flow (100) for a purifying functionality of dust-laden air surrounding the vacuum cleaner (10). The second components comprise a second electric motor (96), a second turbine (98) actuated by the second electric motor (96) in order to create the second air flow (100), and at least one air filter element (104) through which the second air flow (100) is drawn in order to filter out most of the dust contained in the dust-laden air of the second air flow (100).
