    摘要： An anchor setting system having redundant setting methodologies including a housing having an internal chamber. The housing has an outer surface, an inner surface, a first end, and a second end. A slip is shiftably mounted to the outer surface of the housing. A piston assembly including a piston element is arranged in the housing. The piston element includes a conduit and is shiftably mounted in the internal chamber. An activator is mounted to the piston assembly. The activator selectively shifts the slip axially along the housing in response to movement of the piston element.

The mandrel includes a first end portion, a second end portion and an intermediate section. A bottom sub is arranged at the second end section of the anchor. The bottom sub includes a first member fixedly mounted to the mandrel and a second member that is shiftable relative to the mandrel.

    摘要： A tool and associated method allows a liner top to be dressed. Then while maintaining a lateral port closed the tool can be used to circulate while being rotated and reciprocated. The tool features discrete j-slot mechanisms. The upper j-slot allows the lateral port to initially open while the lower j-slot keeps the lateral port open despite movement of the tool in opposed directions in the hole due to a barrier to the pin in the lower j-slot. When enough weight is set or the barrier is otherwise removed, the lateral port can be closed and the test packer set by set down weight with the lateral port closed. After the packer is unset the lateral ports can be reopened and circulation and swiveling on a bearing can occur even if the packer is temporarily actuated from the setting down motion that reopened the lateral ports.

An equalizer member including a first flow path for passing a first fluid and a second flow path for resisting flow of a second fluid.
