    摘要: Performing primitive composition within a user interface thread, enhancing the ability to scale a user interface framework to computing devices having limited resources. In one or more embodiments, a user interface thread walks a user interface hierarchy that describes elements of a program's user interface and directly generates static Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) data structures representing at least a portion of the user interface hierarchy. The user interface thread passes the static GPU data structures to a composition thread, which uses these static GPU data structures during generation of a plurality of video frames. This includes the composition thread, based on the static GPU data structures, sending GPU data and GPU commands for the plurality of video frames to a GPU for rendering.

For flexible preparation of accounting data for different financial institutes, it is now proposed that the system comprise a conversion device (PTSIA) which is connected to the management system (CCMS) in order to prepare the accounting data in different ways for different financial institutes (B1, B2, . . . ) through the conversion device (PTSIA) for the respective financial institute (B1) converting the first accounting data items (D-IN) into second accounting data items as a function of presets (TMPL), wherein the presets (TMPL) indicate at least one format (DTA) desired by the financial institute (B1) for the second accounting data items (D-OUT).

Provided around a prechamber (41) is a magnetic shield (91) for the purpose of intensifying the magnetic blowing action on an arc formed between the arc guide rails (51, 61) of the prechamber. In addition, a blowing loop (81) is inserted in the arc-quenching circuit and extends in sections parallel to an arc guide rail (61). Prechamber insulation having a bulge constricting the arc area likewise serves the purpose of optimizing the arc run.

    摘要: An apparatus for supporting a substrate is described that has a ball adapted to minimize damage between the substrate support and the substrate supported thereon. In one embodiment, an apparatus for supporting a substrate includes ball disposed on an inclined ball support surface. The ball support surface is adapted to bias the ball toward one side of the ball support surface thereby providing space for the ball to roll as the substrate supported thereon changes in length when exposed to thermal influences. In another embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a cage adapted to capture the ball to the ball support surface.

    摘要: A plasma reactor appropriate for fabrication, especially etching, of semiconductor integrated circuits and similar processes in which the chamber has a top comprising a truncated conical dome and, preferably, a counter electrode disposed at the top of the conical dome. An RF coil is wrapped around the conical dome to inductively couple RF energy into a plasma within the chamber dome. The dome temperature can be controlled in a number of ways. A heat sink can be attached to the outside rim of the dome. A rigid conical thermal control sheath can be fit to the outside of the dome, and any differential thermal expansion between the two is accommodated by the conical geometry, thus assuring good thermal contact. The rigid thermal control sheath can include resistive heating, fluid cooling, or both. Alternatively, a flexible resistive heater can be wrapped around the dome inside the RF coil. The resistive heater includes a heater wire wound in a serpentine path that has straight portions overlying and perpendicular to the RF coil but has bends located away from the RF coil. The path prevents the heater wire from shorting the azimuthal electric field induced by the RF coil and also acts as a Faraday shield preventing capacitive coupling from the coil into the chamber plasma.
