    摘要: Disclosed is an improved fluorescent endoscope system having reduced factors that cause errors during diagnosis based on quantitative evaluation of fluorescent intensity for improved accuracy of fluorescent endoscopic diagnosis. The fluorescent endoscope system includes an optical source module for providing white light or excitation light; an endoscope assembly having an optical transmission path for transmitting light provided from the optical source module to a diagnostic object and an optical detection module for transmitting reflection light and fluorescent light from the diagnostic object; an optical path split means for splitting the path of the reflection light and fluorescent light transmitted from the endoscope assembly; and a two-chip integration image detection module having a first optical detection chip for detecting the reflection light and outputting a first optical detection signal, a second optical detection chip for detecting the excitation light and outputting a second optical detection signal, a gain control unit for controlling a signal amplification gain value to adjust the brightness of an image detected by the first optical detection chip, a first amplification unit for amplifying the first optical detection signal according to the signal amplification gain value, and a second amplification unit for amplifying the second optical detection signal according to a changing ratio of the signal amplification gain value.

    摘要: The present invention provides a fluorescence detection and photodynamic therapy apparatus including: a combined light source unit 10 including a plurality of coherent and non-coherent light sources 11, 12 and 13 configured to irradiate light onto a to-be-observed object while performing continuous illumination; an optical imaging unit 20 configured to form an image of the to-be-observed object 70 and project the image to an image processing/controlling system 34; a multispectral imaging unit 30 including a one-chip multispectral sensor and the image processing/controlling system 34; a blocking filter 40 installed between the to-be-observed object 70 and the one-chip multispectral sensor 32, the blocking filter being configured to block some light reflected off from the to-be-observed object 70 while allowing some light and fluorescent light to pass therethrough; a computer system 50 configured to process, analyze, reproduce and store the image acquired from the multispectral imaging unit 30, and transfer the image to a display device 60 and control the overall operation of all the related elements; and the display device 60 configured to display a processing result of the image by the computer system 50.

    摘要: The present invention relates, in general, to a fluorescence microscope and method of observing samples using the microscope and, more particularly, to a fluorescence microscope and method of observing samples using the microscope, which can reduce optical noise and obtain images with higher sensitivity, thus obtaining precise information about the density, quantity, location, etc. of a fluorophore, and which can simultaneously process separate images even when a plurality of fluorophores having different excitation and fluorescent wavelength ranges is distributed, thus easily obtaining information about the fluorophores. The fluorescence microscope of the present invention includes an objective lens, and first and third medium units. The first medium unit has a refractive index of n1 to accommodate one or more micro-objects including fluorophores and provide a path of excitation light to excite the fluorophores. The third medium unit has a refractive index of n3, and is placed between the first medium unit and the objective lens to totally reflect the excitation light incident through the first medium unit at an interface of the third medium unit coming into contact with the first medium unit. The refractive indices of the third and first medium units satisfy a relationship of n1>n3.

The apparatus includes: a first light source irradiating excitation light on a measurement target; a second light source irradiating light of a wavelength different from that of light from the first light source on the measurement target; a first optical detector detecting a reflected light generated from the measurement target due to the excitation light of the first light source; and a second optical detector detecting a skin fluorescence generated from the measurement target due to the excitation light of the first light source, and detecting a reflected light generated from the measurement target due to the excitation light of the second light source. The first optical detector is disposed in an area other than a total reflection area to which the excitation light of the first light source is reflected after irradiating to the measurement target.
