    摘要: Disclosed herein is an electrochemical biosensor measuring device which comprises at least two photodiodes for emitting light beams at regular time intervals in a sequential manner, with the insertion of an electrochemical biosensor thereto, and a detector for sensing the emitted light beams, thereby identifying the production lot information recorded on a production lot information identification portion on the electrochemical biosensor. Thus, the device enjoys economic advantages of not requiring a high-priced optical filter in detecting the light absorbed through or reflected from the production identification information recorded in biosensor and a complicated software algorithm to recover the production lot information. Also, the measuring device automatically identifies the production lot information recorded on the biosensor, so that the frequency of inconvenience and error that occur when a user personally inputs the production lot information of the biosensor can be reduced, with the result that the measured values can be conveniently and accurately acquired.

    摘要: An electrochemical biosensor and a biosensor measuring device. The electrochemical biosensor includes a plurality of electrodes, capillary sample cell portions, reaction reagent layers, electrode connection portions, and a production lot information identification portion. The production lot information identification portion is configured such that the production lot information is recorded thereon has one or more infrared absorption/reflection marks, which indicate information about differences between production lots through the printing and/or attachment of colored or colorless materials, having differences in absorbency or reflectivity of infrared rays, in conformity of a predetermined pattern or through the attachment of transparent films. The electrochemical biosensor measuring device includes a plurality of integrated photo-reflector sensing devices that emit and receive infrared rays to identify the production lot information recorded on the production lot information identification portion of the biosensor.

    摘要: There is provided the reagent layer composition that can substantially reduce the measurement bias arising from hematocrits. The addition of fatty acid (4-20 carbons) and quaternary ammonium salt to a commonly used reagent layer composition composed of an enzyme, an electron transfer mediator, and several water soluble polymers not only reduce the hematocrit level-dependent bias but also provide very stable performance for an extended period of time. Disclosed are also various types of sub microliter sample volume electrochemical biosensors that are suitable to use with the reagent layer composition of present invention.

    摘要: The present invention disclose a method for fabricating planar reference electrodes. Particularly, the present invention relates to the planar reference electrode comprising plate (4); electrode connection (1); electrode (3); insulating membrane (2); inner reference solution (5); junction (7 or 9); and protecting membrane (6, 8 or 9), and processes for fabrication thereof, in which the junction is composed of porous material such as cotton thread, glass fiber, cellulose nitrate, cellulose acetate, filter paper and any material that can produce capillary action; porous polymer membrane; or a capillary either directly printed on the substrate or inserted with a thin film. The planar reference electrode of the present invention exhibit stable electric potential and short activation period, and may be used in both potentiometry and voltammetry. The planar reference electrodes of the present invention can be easily miniaturized and mass produced.

    摘要: Disclosed are an electrochemical biosensor which comprises a production lot information identification portion, on which information is recorded in a magnetization mark, and a measuring device which can automatically identify the production lot information of the biosensor with the insertion of the electrochemical biosensor into the measuring device. The electrochemical biosensor and the measuring device thereof can record production lot information in the form of magnetization marks on an electrochemical biosensor strip and read the information as digital signals through a magnetoresistance sensor device, which can be mounted on the surface of a circuit board using Surface Mounted Technology (SMT). Without the need for a high-priced filter or a complicated calculation system, the magnetic detector system has a simple construction and realizes economic efficiency in the construction of the measuring device. Also, the measuring device automatically identifies the production lot information recorded on the biosensor, so that inconvenience and the frequency of errors, which occur when a user personally inputs the production lot information, can be reduced, with the result that the measured values can be conveniently and accurately acquired.
