Abstract: A zoned heat dissipation control system for a water cooling radiator and a water cooling heat dissipation system having the zoned heat dissipation control system includes a plurality of fans, a plurality of heat dissipation zones defined on the water cooling radiator, a thermal detector, and a control unit. At least one of the fans is disposed within each of the heat dissipation zones. The thermal detector is disposed within at least one of the heat dissipation zones and configured to detect the temperature of the water cooling radiator. The control unit is electrically connected to the fans and the thermal detector and configured to modulate the rotational speed of the fan within each of the heat dissipation zones based on the detected data from the thermal detector.

Abstract: A display apparatus is provided, which includes a display panel and a display controller. The display controller calculates an image average brightness of each image in a video signal from a host. When an absolute difference between a first image average brightness of a current image and a second image average brightness of a previous image is smaller than a predetermined value, the display controller activates a timer to obtain a timer value. When the timer value reaches a first duration, the display controller reduces brightness of each pixel in the current image by a first ratio. When the timer value reaches a second duration, the display controller reduces the brightness of each pixel in the current image by a second ratio. The second duration is longer than the first duration, and the second ratio is higher than the first ratio.

When the processor determines that the first image meets the image condition, the processor analyzes a plurality of facial features in the second image, and the processor compares whether the second image matches face registration data in the face database according to the facial features to determine whether the second image passes recognition.

Abstract: A floated-type shielding mechanism including a cover, a shielding sheet, and a flexible conductor is provided. The cover is adapted to be fixed to a circuit board and covers a plurality of input/output (IO) ports of the circuit board. Abstract: A power management system includes connection interfaces, a system power supply, and a power management circuit. Each connection interface is connected to one power consumption device. The system power supply includes power supply units (PSUs). The system power supply supplies electricity power to each power consumption device via one connection interface. The power management circuit is connected to each power consumption device via the connection interfaces. The power management circuit obtains a current total load of PSUs, determines a target load of each PSU, and determines whether each connection interface is connected to one power consumption device. The power management circuit turns off power supply to the connection interface that is not connected to the power consumption devices. According to the current total load and the target load, the power management circuit determines an enabled number of the PSUs, thereby turning on or turning off each PSU accordingly.

Abstract: A data processing system includes a display device, a proximity sensor, a wireless data processing apparatus, and an external antenna. The display device and the wireless data processing apparatus are connected. The display device is equipped with an internal antenna indirectly connected to a wireless communication module of the wireless data processing apparatus. The external antenna is electrically connected to the wireless communication module. A data processing circuit of the wireless data processing apparatus normally controls the wireless communication module to set signal transmission strengths of the antennas by using a first antenna control mode. When the proximity sensor detects an object located close to proximity sensor, the data processing circuit controls the wireless communication module to set the signal transmission strengths by using a second antenna control mode that includes at least decreasing the signal transmission strength of the internal antenna.
