摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing at least one axial flange on an elastomer bush bearing. According to the invention, the axial flange(s) is/are produced by flanging one or both axial ends of the outer sleeve of the pre-assembled bearing after the bearing has been assembled. During this assembly process the inner component is inserted with the elastomer bearing body into the outer sleeve. In the tool, which is provided for this method and which can be used on a press, the force induced by the compressive force is transferred to both axially acting and radially acting deformation elements. Therefore, at least one of the axially acting deformation elements exhibits a groove, which is located on the side facing the bush bearing and by which the respective axial end of the outer sleeve of the bearing is held, whereas the radially acting deformation elements exhibit on their side that is immediately adjacent to the deformation element with the groove, a projection, which projects radially towards the inside.

摘要: A controllable hydraulic bearing, especially for motor vehicles, with a working chamber and an equalizing chamber arranged annularly around the working chamber. The chambers are filled with an electrorheological fluid and are connected to one another via an annular gap-like overflow channel. The overflow channel has two mutually opposite electrodes for generating a high-voltage field in the overflow channel. The overflow channel (8) extends helically in its longitudinal extension around the said working chamber (1) between the working chamber (1) and the equalizing chamber. The wall of the overflow chamber (8) comprises an electrically insulating carrier layer provided on both sides with conductive cover layers forming electrodes.

摘要: An elastomer bush bearing with hydraulic damping, which is simultaneously configured for acoustic decoupling. The proposed hydro-bush bearing includes, in a conventional manner, a tubular metallic inner part (1) and an elastomer bearing body (2) which encompasses the inner part (1) and is connected with the inner part (1) by vulcanization. The corresponding rubber-metal part is formed of metal or plastic and adapted for insertion into an outer sleeve. At least two chambers (3, 4) adapted to receive a liquid damping means are formed in the bearing body (2) and connected by a damping channel (5) which is open in an unloaded state. An additional channel (6) is arranged between the chambers (3, 4), which in the unloaded state of the bearing is closed for the damping means by a sealing lip (7). The sealing lip is constructed so as to oscillate with an amplitude in excess of 0.025 mm at high-frequency loads. In addition, support elements (8, 9) are arranged on both sides of the sealing lip (7) which limit the oscillation amplitude of the sealing lip (7) for loads which cause displacement amplitudes of the bearing body of greater than 0.15 mm.

The bearing has an elastomer arranged between an essentially cylindrical inner part and a cylindrical outer sleeve and connected to the inner part by vulcanization. The hydraulically damping rubber bearing has chambers for receiving a damping agent. The chambers are connected by at least one channel arranged in a channel carrier. The uncoupling element is provided for uncoupling the damping action caused by the circulation of the damping agent in the channel or channels against forces of low exciting amplitude introduced into the bearing. The uncoupling element is a separate component from the hydraulically damping rubber bearing, arranged in a recess in a channel carrier space of the bearing. The uncoupling element includes a frame with a membrane fixed in a freely vibrating manner in or on the frame and a radial distance is assigned to the membrane between the channel carrier and the outer sleeve of the bearing, so that a radially directed movement of the membrane is possible.

摘要: A rubber bearing with axial damping includes a multipart bearing inner part (1), an elastomer (9, 9′), which surrounds the bearing inner part (1) in some sections and is connected thereto by vulcanization, chambers (5, 5′) for accommodating a damping agent, a channel carrier (11) with at least one damping agent channel (12), which makes possible the circulation of the damping agent between the chambers (5, 6, 7), as well as an essentially cylindrical bearing sleeve (10), which accommodates the above-mentioned bearing parts. The bearing inner part (1) has a section (2, 3) of increased diameter compared with a middle area (4) of the bearing inner part (1) at the respective axial ends of the bearing. A channel carrier (11) with chambers 5, 5′ for the damping agent is arranged between the sections (2, 3) of increased diameter of the bearing inner part (1). The channel carrier (11) comprises an inner sleeve (13), an elastomer (14) connected to the inner sleeve by vulcanization and a channel ring (15), which surrounds the inner sleeve (13) and the elastomer and is likewise connected to them by vulcanization. At least one groove, which forms at least one channel (12) between the channel ring (15) and the bearing sleeve 10, is milled into the outer contour of the channel ring (15). The chambers (5, 5′) are formed in the channel carrier (11) and the chambers (6, 7) are formed during the mounting of the bearing between the channel part (11) and the sections (2, 3) of increased diameter of the bearing inner part (1) in the vicinity of the axial ends of the bearing are connected to one another via the channel (12).
