摘要: An elastomer bush bearing, wherein the bearing body (2) is encapsulated through axial flanges (4, 4′) of the outer bearing sleeve (3), with the bush bearing having an elastomer bearing body (2) with a special profile in the axial direction. The bearing body (2) is employed in constructing the bush bearing of the invention, which is capable of supporting high radial loads even with low radial stiffness and without adversely affecting its stability and service life. The two axial end faces (5, 5′) of the bearing body (1) each have undulated contours which extend in the circumferential direction (u) in the same direction, both with respect to one another and also over the entire region of the material thickness (d) of the bearing body (2). The end faces (5, 5′) of the bearing body (2) thus have wave troughs (6, 6′, 7, 7′) and wave crests (8, 8′, 9, 9′), whereby the corresponding wave troughs (6, 6′, 7, 7′) of both end faces (5, 5′) and their wave crests (8, 8′, 9, 9′) are formed so as to face one another, and each extend radially over the entire material thickness (d) of the bearing body (2) in the respective circumferential segment.

摘要: The elastomeric bush bearing is constructed of a metallic inner part (1) which is symmetric in relation to a bearing axis (a), an outer sleeve (3) arranged concentric with respect to the inner part (1), an elastomeric bearing body (2) arranged between the inner part (1) and the outer sleeve (3) and connected with the inner part (1) by vulcanization. At least one intermediate sheet (4) is vulcanized into the bearing body (2) which forms a support spring. 摘要: A bush-type rubber mount is provided, preferably a hydraulically damping rubber mount, with a, preferably tubular, metallic inner part, an elastomeric mount body surrounding the inner part and connected to it by vulcanization. An outer sleeve accommodates the inner part. The inner part has, in an axial section, two radially outwardly extending elevations located opposite each other on its circumference and are completely embedded in the elastomer. Two elastomer recesses extend in a kidney-shaped pattern in relation to the circumference of the mount body between the elevations and pass axially through the mount body. The two elastomer recesses are arranged in the elastomeric mount body near the inner part, so that the inner part standing free in relation to the outer sleeve in the area of the kidneys is connected to the mount body essentially only via the elevations on the mount body. A defined cardanic axis extending through the apices of the elevations is formed at right angles to the axis of the mount.

摘要: An elastomer bush bearing with hydraulic damping, which is simultaneously configured for acoustic decoupling. The proposed hydro-bush bearing includes, in a conventional manner, a tubular metallic inner part (1) and an elastomer bearing body (2) which encompasses the inner part (1) and is connected with the inner part (1) by vulcanization. The corresponding rubber-metal part is formed of metal or plastic and adapted for insertion into an outer sleeve. At least two chambers (3, 4) adapted to receive a liquid damping means are formed in the bearing body (2) and connected by a damping channel (5) which is open in an unloaded state. An additional channel (6) is arranged between the chambers (3, 4), which in the unloaded state of the bearing is closed for the damping means by a sealing lip (7). The sealing lip is constructed so as to oscillate with an amplitude in excess of 0.025 mm at high-frequency loads. In addition, support elements (8, 9) are arranged on both sides of the sealing lip (7) which limit the oscillation amplitude of the sealing lip (7) for loads which cause displacement amplitudes of the bearing body of greater than 0.15 mm.
