摘要: A flow suppression device adapted to be connected to a high pressure fluid system includes an outer flow containment member of a porous and flexible construction. The outer flow containment member has an upstream end and a downstream end opposite the upstream end. The upstream end includes an inlet opening adapted to receive a flow stream of pressurized fluid from the high pressure fluid system and the downstream end being substantially closed. The flow suppression device also includes a primary inner flow containment member of a porous and flexible construction contained within the outer flow containment member. The primary inner flow containment member has an upstream end with an inlet opening adjacent the inlet opening of the outer flow containment member and a downstream end opposite the upstream end of the primary inner flow containment member.

摘要: A fluid-filled vibration damping device including a movable film housed within a housing space of a partition partitioning a pressure receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber. An outer peripheral end of the movable film includes a contact part and a sealing part being respectively in contact with a pressure receiving chamber-side wall inner surface and an equilibrium chamber-side wall inner surface of the housing space. A communication passage, which communicates with a gap circumferentially between the movable film and the housing space, is provided away from the contact part in the outer peripheral end of the movable film. The outer peripheral end of the movable film will be separated from the equilibrium chamber-side wall inner surface due to a pressure differential arising between the two chambers so as to form a relief passage interconnecting the two chambers including the gap and the communication passage.

摘要: The present invention relates to a vibration damping device including an outer attachment member (10) connected to one of a vibration generating part and a vibration receiving part, an inner attachment member (20) connected to the other, and an elastic body (30) configured to connect the outer attachment member (10) and the inner attachment member (20), wherein the outer attachment member (10) is formed in a cylindrical shape, the inner attachment member (20) includes a plate-shaped rigid member (21) disposed in the outer attachment member (10) and an interior member (28) located in the outer attachment member (10), fixed to the rigid member (21), and formed of a synthetic resin material, and, at protruding portions (22, 23) of the rigid member (21) which protrude outward from the outer attachment member (10) in an axial direction along a central axis (O) of the outer attachment member (10), mounting holes (22a, 23a) which are open in a diameter direction orthogonal to the axial direction and have a fastening member configured to connect the protruding portions (22, 23) and the other of the vibration generating part and the vibration receiving part fitted thereinto are formed.

摘要: A vibration-damping device (10) of the invention includes a tubular first attachment member (11) and a second attachment member (12); an elastic body (13); a partitioning member (17) that forms a main liquid chamber (14), a first auxiliary liquid chamber (15), and a second auxiliary liquid chamber (16); a first diaphragm (18) that constitutes a portion of the wall surface of the first auxiliary liquid chamber (15); and a second diaphragm (19) that constitutes a portion of the wall surface of the second auxiliary liquid chamber (16) and that has a smaller deformation resistance than the deformation resistance of the first diaphragm (18). The partitioning member (17) is provided with an idle orifice (31) that allows the main liquid chamber (14) and the first auxiliary liquid chamber (15) to communicate with each other and that produces resonance with respect to the input of an idle vibration, and a shake orifice (32) that allows the main liquid chamber (14) and the second auxiliary liquid chamber (16) to communicate with each other and that produces resonance with respect to the input of a shake vibration. An adjustment chamber (24) having an interior capable of being decompressed or compressed with respect to standard pressure or being open so as to be capable of being blocked with respect to the outside, is provided adjacent to the second auxiliary liquid chamber (16) with the second diaphragm (19) interposed therebetween. By including the configuration as described above, damping characteristics against vibrations are exhibited over a wide range of frequencies.

摘要: A vibration isolator includes an inner tube (11), an outer tube (12) surrounding the inner tube (11) from a radial outer side of the inner tube, and an elastic body (13) coupling the inner tube (11) and the outer tube (12). Multiple pressure-absorbing fluid chambers (35, 36), whose walls are partly formed by the elastic body (13), are disposed inside the outer tube (12), and include a pair of first pressure-absorbing fluid chambers (35) interconnected through first restricting passages (37), and a second pressure-absorbing fluid chamber (36) connected to an auxiliary fluid chamber (28), in which a fluid is filled, through a second restricting passage. The pair of first pressure-absorbing fluid chambers (35) are disposed to sandwich the inner tube (11) therebetween. The second pressure-absorbing fluid chamber (36) is arranged in parallel to the inner tube (11) in an orthogonal direction (C) perpendicular to both an axial direction of the inner tube (11) and a sandwiching direction (B) in which the inner tube (11) is sandwiched between the pair of first pressure-absorbing fluid chambers (35). The inner tube (11) runs along overall lengths of the pair of first pressure-absorbing fluid chambers (35) and the second pressure-absorbing fluid chamber (36) in the axial direction.

摘要: A liquid sealed vibration isolating device has an elastically movable diaphragm capable of preventing elastic deformation of a relief valve to realize high damping while preventing a cavitation phenomenon. The relief valve is provided in the elastic movable diaphragm arranged in a partition member in order to open and close a leak passage so as to prevent occurrence of the cavitation phenomenon. The relief valve is integrally formed with a fixing portion of the elastic movable diaphragm. There is provided an upwardly open concavity that the relief valve faces. The relief valve is made thicker and provided with an opening and closing adjustment groove at a basal portion of its inclined wall. The opening and closing adjustment groove is formed with a locally thin bending portion functioning as a starting point of bending in an opening and closing operation of the relief valve.

摘要: This vibration isolating apparatus (1) includes a cylindrical first mounting component (6), a second mounting component (7), a rubber elastic body (8), a diaphragm (5), and a partitioning component (4). The partitioning component (4) is formed entirely from an elastic body, and on the first mounting component (6) there are provided a protruding portion (60) and a first cylindrical portion (62), and a toroidal rigid component (50) is fitted on an inner side of the first cylindrical portion (62), and in the rigid component (50) there are provided a second cylindrical portion (53) and a supporting portion (54). Moreover, any one of the first and second cylindrical portions (62, 53) is located inside the other one of the first and second cylindrical portions (52, 63), and in the component (6) that is provided with the other cylindrical portion (62) there are formed an engaging portion (60) which engages with one end portion of the one cylindrical portion (53), and a caulked portion (64) which is folded inwards in a radial direction and which engages with the other end portion of the one cylindrical portion (53).The one cylindrical portion (53) is sandwiched between the engaging portion (60) and the caulked portion (64), and the partitioning component (4) is sandwiched between the protruding portion (60) and the supporting portion (54). According to this vibration isolating apparatus (1), even if a partitioning component made from an elastic body is used, it is possible to secure seal property and obtain stable characteristics.

摘要: In a vibration isolation device 10, a connection rod 12 penetrates through a cavity part 104 of a rubber elastic body 44 and the inner circumferential side of a main body plate 14. In addition, a stopper rubber 98 fixed on the outer circumferential side of a rod main body 13 of the connection rod 12 is placed in the cavity part 104 of the rubber elastic body 44. This allows the rod main body 13 aligned in overlying relation with the rubber elastic body 44 along the axial direction of the connection rod 12 to be stored in the device. Thus, a stopper member 96 fixed to the rod main body 13 of the connection rod 12 can form a stopper mechanism. Therefore, while suppressing the increase in dimension along the axial direction of the device, the dimension along the axial direction of the device can be prevented from expanding by the stopper mechanism for preventing the excessive displacement along the direction orthogonal to the axis of the connection rod 12.

摘要: A fluid-filled vibration damping device including: an elastic body connecting a first and a second mounting member, defining a pressure receiving chamber undergoing pressure fluctuation during input of vibration; an equilibrium chamber defined by a flexible layer for permitting its volume change; an orifice passage connecting the pressure receiving chamber and equilibrium chamber; a movable member; and a short passage for connecting two chambers with a length smaller than that of the orifice passage. When pressure in the pressure-receiving chamber increases, the movable member is displaced or deformed toward to close the equilibrium-chamber-side opening of the short passage to have the short passage substantially closed, while when pressure in the pressure-receiving chamber decreases, the movable member is displaced or deformed to have the short passage operative.
