摘要: Described herein are systems and methods providing online, interactive, trustworthy knowledge graphs for a specific topic (e.g., COVID-19) and search engines using such knowledge graphs. In some aspects, a method for automatically constructing knowledge graphs includes: accessing a dataset, the dataset including a plurality of articles related to a specific topic; classifying, using a first artificial intelligence (AI) model, a plurality of tables within the dataset; classifying, using a second AI model, a plurality of hierarchal metadata of the tables; and fusing, using a third AI model, the hierarchal metadata into a knowledge graph, the knowledge graph being associated with the specific topic.

摘要: This disclosure relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more therapeutic agents selected from a SERPINE1 serine protease inhibitor, a histone acetyltransferase inhibitor, a histone deacetylase inhibitor, an insulin-like growth factor inhibitor, an anti-hypertensive agent, a topoisomerase II inhibitor, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, an agent that downregulates growth factors or any combination thereof, and methods of treating fibrotic disorders, including keloid, pulmonary fibrosis, hepatic fibrosis, cardiac fibrosis, renal fibrosis, mediastinal fibrosis, retroperitoneal cavity fibrosis, bone marrow fibrosis, and/or scleroderma using the same. The disclosed methods can be accompanied by application of radiation and/or surgical resection. For treating keloids, the compositions can be formulated topically and do not cause systemic side effects. For treating fibrotic diseases of internal organs, the compositions can be administered systemically or delivered to the affected organs. The compositions can include two or more therapeutic agents that work synergistically, allowing lower doses of each therapeutic agent.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for image reconstruction of a sample via adaptive probing of piecewise continuous surfaces. A machine learning algorithm can be employed with scanning-based measurement instruments or experimental probers to optimize the selection of probe locations for effectively scanning piecewise continuous surfaces. A limited number of initial probes may first be obtained to estimate the piecewise continuous surface. The machine learning algorithm may then be leveraged to identify any subsequent probe locations used to obtain additional data points about the piecewise continuous surface. The selection of the probe locations may be performed iteratively until sufficient data has been obtained to generate an accurate image reconstruction.
