摘要： The invention provides a class of oligonucleotide that is optimized to target a specific RNA for RNAse H degradation and to be itself resistant to degradation within in plasma and within eukaryotic, especially mammalian cells. The oligonucleotides of the invention contain no naturally occurring 5nullnull3null-linked nucleotides. Rather, the invention provides oligonucleotides having two types of nucleotides: 2null-deoxyphosphorothioate, which activate RNase H, and 2null-modified nucleotides, which do not. The linkages between the 2null-modified nucleotides can be phosphodiesters, phosphorothioate or P-ethoxyphosphodiester. Activation of RNAse H is accomplished by a contiguous, RNAse H-activating region, which contains between three and five 2null-deoxyphosphorothioate nucleotides to activate bacterial RNAse H and between five and ten 2null-deoxyphosphorothioate nucleotides to activate eukaryotic and, particularly, mammalian RNAse H. Protection from degradation is accomplished by making the 5null and 3null terminal bases highly nuclease resistant and, optionally, by placing a 3null terminal blocking group.

摘要： A vehicle stability apparatus and method with an on-off-switch, to prevent the driving road wheel from applying excessive braking force when the traction control apparatus is off. When a selectable switch is selected off, a control unit does not exert the traction control to decrease the engine output power to restrain the driving wheels slip even if driving wheel slip is generating. Then the control unit exerts the yaw moment control apparatus for optimizing vehicle stability to control wheel braking force of respective road wheels, and the control unit compulsory exerts the traction control during generating wheel slip irrespective of the switch.
