Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling eccentricity in a photo-record player and a control method thereof. A relative eccentric quantity is found from a TE signal (or, tracking driving voltage) induced per one revolution of disc ‘on track’and an eccentricity phase to be controlled is found from a periodicity of TE (or, tracking driving voltage) per one revolution of disc. A suitable compensating value for the relation between the found eccentricity quantity and phase is generated by taking FG representing a period of revolution as a reference. Then, the compensating value is used for an eccentricity control ‘on track’, or driving the tracking actuator on ‘seek’. Therefore, the present invention reduces a seek location error due to the eccentricity on ‘seek’, thereby enabling to increase a seek performance.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a Polyester Fiber Having Excellent Light-Shielding and Flame Retardant Characteristic. The Polyester Fiber comprises: phosphorus-based flame retardant 0.05˜5% by weight, based on phosphorus atom; and inorganic particles having 0.05˜1 μm average particle size 1-5% by weight, based on fiber weight. Further disclosed is Textile Goods prepared from the Polyester Fiber. The polyester fiber according to the present invention is prepared from polyester polymer having Intrinsic viscosity of 0.55˜0.75 dl/g and the Intrinsic viscosity difference of between the fiber and polymer (IV drop) is within 0.03 dl/g and it exhibits the excellent flame retardant and light shielding characteristic. Therefore, the polyester fiber can be applied to fiber for clothes, light shielding curtain for a car and blackout curtain for a house and theater.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for producing a uranium foil with fine crystalline granules by forming the foil by the gravitational dropping of molten uranium or uranium alloy and rapidly cooling the foil by the contact with cooling rolls, and a foil produced thereby. In accordance with the present invention, a high-purity and high-quality uranium foil with an isotropic structure and fine crystalline granules is easily produced via a simple process without requiring hot rolling and heat treatment processes. The surface of the foil is prevented from oxidizing and residual stress is not imparted to the foil. The productivity and the economic efficiency of the foil are improved.

Abstract: There is provided a multilayer ceramic electronic component. The multilayer ceramic electronic component includes a ceramic main body including a dielectric layer, and first and second internal electrodes disposed to face each other within the ceramic main body and having the dielectric layer interposed therebetween. When an average roughness of center lines of the first and second internal electrodes is Ra, a maximum distance from a virtual line corresponding to Ra to a bottom of a pit (d) formed below the virtual line is 0.1 μm to 13 μm. The surface roughness of the internal electrode printed surface is improved to decrease the occurrence of electrical shorts.
