摘要: A light sensing module including a photodiode array substrate, a distance increasing layer, and a light converging element array is provided. The photodiode array substrate includes a plurality of light sensing units arranged in an array and a circuit region. The circuit region is disposed on the periphery of the light sensing units. Each of the light sensing units includes a plurality of adjacent photodiodes arranged in an array. The distance increasing layer is disposed on the photodiode array substrate. The light converging element array is disposed on the distance increasing layer, and includes a plurality of light converging units arranged in an array. Reflected light from an outside is converged by the light converging elements on the light sensing units, respectively.

摘要: Provided is an electronic device comprising a touch display panel and an integrated chip. The touch display panel comprises a pixel array. The integrated chip is electrically connected to the pixel array. The integrated chip comprises a fingerprint sensing circuit and a display driving circuit. The fingerprint sensing circuit and the display driving circuit are electrically connected to a plurality of display data lines and sensing data lines by means of the same pin. The plurality of display data lines are respectively electrically connected to a plurality of color sub-pixels of the pixel array. The sensing data lines are electrically connected to a plurality of fingerprint sensing pixels of the pixel array. The plurality of color sub-pixels are a plurality of organic light emitting diode pixels.

摘要: An electronic device with fingerprint sensing function including a fingerprint sensing array, multiple fingerprint sensing signal readout lines, multiple touch driving lines, a touch driving circuit, and a read circuit is provided. The fingerprint sensing array includes multiple fingerprint sensing units arranged in array. The fingerprint sensing signal readout lines are respectively coupled to a column of fingerprint sensing units of the fingerprint sensing array. The touch driving lines are respectively interleaved with the fingerprint sensing signal readout lines. The touch driving circuit is coupled to the touch driving lines, and provides multiple touch driving signals to the touch driving lines. The read circuit is coupled to the fingerprint sensing signal readout lines. In response to the touch driving lines outputting the touch driving signals, the read circuit determines a touch position of a touch object based on multiple read signals output by the fingerprint sensing signal readout lines.

摘要: The invention provides a fingerprint identification device and a fingerprint identification method. The fingerprint identification device includes: a display; a light source disposed below the display; a sensor disposed below the display; and a processing module coupled to the sensor. When an object contacts the display, the light source emits structured light to scan the object. The sensor obtains one or more images of the object, and the one or more images include information of different phase displacements. The processing module is used for calculating three-dimensional information of the object according to the one or more images and judging whether the object is a real finger or not according to the three-dimensional information.

摘要: The present invention relates to a fingerprint sensing module suitable for being configured below a display module, and comprising a plurality of sensing elements and a signal processor. The display module projects a background beam and a marking beam to a finger pressed onto the display module. The plurality of sensing elements sense a fingerprint image generated after the background beam and the marking beam are reflected by the finger and pass through the display module. The signal processor is electrically connected to the plurality of sensing elements, and converts the fingerprint image into a corrected fingerprint image by using a corrected image. 摘要: An electronic apparatus and a fingerprint sensing module suitable for being arranged below a display panel and including an image sensor disposed below the display panel, microlens array disposed between the image sensor and the display panel and including microlenses arranged in an array, and an ambient light blocking filter disposed between the image sensor and the microlens array and having light channels are provided. Each light channel is surrounded and formed by a light shielding body. Light beams from the microlenses are respectively transmitted to the image sensor through the light channels. The microlens array images a fingerprint of a finger contacting an upper surface of the display panel onto the image sensor, but does not image an electrode structure in the display panel onto the image sensor. The fingerprint sensing module can produce high-contrast fingerprint images and suppress moiré interference, and is less affected by ambient light.
