摘要: A method and device for optimizing regulation of reservoir sediment discharging, comprises: determining a relation curve between a dam front water depth and a reservoir capacity; determining a time length by which a sediment peak is propagated to the front of a dam and a time length by which the sediment peak lags behind a flood peak at the front of the dam based on the relation curve and the hydrologic features; determining another relation curve between a sediment peak attenuation rate and a sediment concentration of the sediment peak, and a time length by which the sediment peak subjected to a man-made flood wave is propagated to the front of the dam; and acquiring a real-time sediment concentration, and generating the man-made flood wave based on the time length by which the sediment peak is propagated to the front of the dam and the another relation curve.

摘要: The present invention relates to a variable-flow-path air valve for water hammer prevention and a design method. The variable-flow-path air valve includes a valve body with a top provided with an air intake-exhaust port. A ball valve seat and a floating ball are arranged below the air intake-exhaust port. The valve body is provided with at least one swing check valve configured to be opened inward. The swing check valve includes: a swing valve disc connected to a valve body hinge, a variable-flow-path air inlet controlled by the swing valve disc to open and close, a device for limiting the opening degree of the swing valve disc, and a sealing device. In the present invention, the air valve takes in air through the air intake-exhaust port and the variable flow path, and discharges air only through the air intake-exhaust port.

摘要: A drilling device for surveying front rock-mass intactness of a tunnel face for a tunnel constructed by a TBM and a method using the same are provided. The drilling device includes a drilling assembly, a drill-attitude control assembly, a data monitoring assembly and a TBM-platform fixing seat. The drilling assembly is connected to a TBM hydraulic system to obtain power, to drill the rock mass by an alloy bit through rotation and translation thereof. The drill-attitude control assembly controls an angle, a direction and a position of a drill rod and maintains drilling accuracy and stability. The data monitoring assembly acquires and stores a drilling dynamic-response signal by a high-accuracy sensor and a data recorder, to analyze an intactness characteristic of the rock mass. The TBM-platform fixing seat mounts the drilling device on the TBM.

摘要: Provided is a lateral water intake structure for preventing silting of bed load and floating debris, which is provided at a river bank. The lateral water intake structure includes: a diversion canal, a guiding wall structure, a shaft-shaped water intaking space, and a trash rack. The lateral water intake structure functions to prevent the floating debris from gathering at the surface of the trash rack and reduce a risk that the trash rack is damaged by water pressure and hitting of the floating debris. Meanwhile, by using a water flow in the watercourse to continuously wash the floating debris near the trash rack, maintenance costs of removing the floating debris at the trash rack manually or mechanically can be reduced.

摘要: A Region Merging image segmentation algorithm based on boundary extraction is disclosed, comprising the steps of calculating a gradient image, extracting a boundary and carrying out initial segmentation and Region Merging, wherein the initial segmentation can be omitted. In the Region Merging process, the ratio of the length of boundary extraction result lies on the adjacent edge between adjacent regions to the length of the adjacent edge is taken as the merging cost, the regions are merged according to the ascending order of the mean gradient value in the region, and a texture difference evaluation mechanism is introduced to remove the error segmentation. The algorithm solves the problems of the other current segmentation algorithms, such as over-segmentation, easy to be influenced by noise and illumination, large in computation and memory consumption, in need of a large number of samples being marked manually and the like. Besides, all regions or all categories achieve the best segmentation result on one final segmentation result. These advantageous features can reduce the computational resource consumption of subsequent tasks and improve their processing effect.

摘要: A method for cemented material dam construction based on whole-process quality control includes: determining a water-binder ratio of a sand and gravel material through a simulation test; laying rockfill on the first cemented sand and gravel layer before the final setting time of the first cemented sand and gravel layer; adjusting the maximum particle size of the rockfill and the distance between the particles in the rockfill according to the design requirements; spraying a cement slurry on the rockfill to wrap all the particles in the rockfill and laying a second cemented sand and gravel layer before the initial setting time of the cement slurry; performing rolling compaction on the construction layer until the decline in the thickness of the construction layer and the apparent density of the rolled surface meet the design requirements; and completing the cemented material dam construction.
