    摘要: A method for inductive energy transmission between a primary part and a secondary part, wherein a primary current is introduced into a transmitting coil arranged on the primary part in order to create a first magnetic field which induces an electrical AC voltage in a receiving coil arranged on the secondary part, which electrical AC voltage causes an electrical secondary current at the secondary part and thus a power flow to at least one load connected to the receiving coil, which power flow comprises an uncompensated active power, it is provided that a compensation unit introduces a compensation current into a secondary-side coil, which compensation current generates a second magnetic field which is superimposed on the first magnetic field and induces a compensation voltage in the transmitting coil. The compensation voltage changes the phase shift between the primary voltage that drops across the transmitting coil and the primary current flowing through the transmitting coil in such a way that the transmitted active power is increased.

    摘要: Hot foil stamping machine stamping a foil onto a substrate, which improves stamping quality under changing conditions, includes a control unit for controlling the temperature of the stamping interface surface to a predefined desired temperature. The control unit receives at least an actual temperature of the heating plate from the at least one temperature sensor and provides a manipulated variable to the at least one heating device. Further, the stamping machine includes a state observer for estimating an actual temperature of the stamping interface surface of the at least one stamping plate based on a physics-based analytical model of the heat transfer between the heating plate and the stamping plate. The control unit also includes a feedback controller for calculating the manipulated variable for a heating device based on the predefined desired temperature and the estimated actual temperature of the stamping interface surface provided by the state observer.

    摘要: In order to implement a method for data flow control in a network with reduced overhead, a first subscriber transmits data symbols in data frames to a second subscriber. The second subscriber forwards and/or processes the data frame. If there is a delay in forwarding and/or processing the data frame, the second subscriber instructs the first subscriber to pause the transmission of the data frames with a granularity of one data symbol. After the pause, the first subscriber continues to transmit the data frames with a granularity of one data symbol.

The slave receives synchronization messages from the masters via the network for time synchronization of a first clock and a second clock of the slave. A first master sends a first synchronization message having a first time stamp to the slave for time synchronization of the first clock. The slave calculates a clock rate and a time difference between the first clock and the first master and aligns the first clock with a synchronized time. A second master sends a second synchronization message having a second time stamp to the slave for the time synchronization of the second clock. In the event of a braking process, for a point that is coupled to a single axle, at least one virtual end position of the point is determined from an initial position of the point, a vectorial speed of at least one single axle, and a minimum deceleration of at least one single axle. The braking region of the point is determined using an envelope of the initial position and the at least one virtual end position, the extent of the envelope being calculated from the initial position and the at least one virtual end position.
