摘要: The present disclosure relates to a belt as a continuous traction means for conveyor belts of bale presses, comprising at least one fabric layer embedded at least in certain regions in a polymer layer, for creating a continuous belt reinforced by at least one fabric layer.
The present disclosure provide that cross-stiffening elements are embedded in the polymer layer, for increasing a transverse rigidity of the belt, whereby the cross-stiffening elements are essentially oriented in a transverse direction of the belt, and the belt exhibits, at least in the region of the cross-stiffening elements, a ratio of rigidity between the transverse rigidity and a longitudinal rigidity of at least 2:1.-

摘要: The invention relates to a rod belt for rod belt conveyors, in particular of agricultural machines, with transverse rods (4) arranged transverse to a running direction and parallel to one another, whereby the transverse rods (4) rest on tension-proof elastic and continuous belts (3) running parallel to one another and being attached to the belts (3) by attachment at a pre-determined rod spacing.According to the invention, it is provided that on at least one of the belts (3) a belt clip (5) is affixed via attachment (6), whereby said so attached belt clip (5) confines at least one cavity on a support surface of the respective belt (3) and at least one of the transverse rods (4) is cage-like housed in the at least one cavity in such a manner that the at least one transverse rod (4) is fixated via the belt clip (5) to the at least one belt such a manner that the at least one transverse rod (4) is fixated via the belt clip (5) to the at least one belt.

摘要: Component connector for connecting cylindrical components includes an elastic sleeve which surrounds the components, the elastic sleeve can be braced, a radially deformable fixing sleeve is provided which encloses elastic sleeve. Elastic sleeve is braced via radial deformation of fixing sleeve in a perpendicular direction to a longitudinal axis of fixing sleeve, and at least one clamping ring is provided for radially deforming fixing sleeve. Fixing sleeve has a profiled outer wall and clamping ring has an oppositely profiled inner wall so clamping ring can be pushed concentrically onto fixing sleeve in an accurately fitting manner, during a relative rotation of clamping ring, placed in an accurately fitting manner, in a closing direction, the fixing sleeve can be deformed radially inwardly by the surface profiling; and, during a relative rotation of clamping ring counter to the closing direction, the surface profiling prevents any rotation.

摘要: Corner structure of a hollow chamber seal includes a filler piece which is situated in a corner area of the hollow chamber seal. Filler piece supports the hollow chamber seal, with deformation, and diverts supporting forces into a component on which the hollow chamber seal is situated. Corner structure reliably prevents deformation of the hollow chamber seal, even after extended use, is easy to manufacture, and is aesthetic. Filler piece has a base which is adjoined by a T-shaped head made of an elastomeric material, and the head of the filler piece when installed protrudes into the hollow chamber seal through a slit which is introduced into the hollow chamber seal, and is supported on a wall of the hollow chamber seal oppositely situated from the component, with deformation. Base is supported on the component and diverts the supporting forces on the head into the component.

摘要: An inclined conveyor for a combine harvester has at least two endless traction elements (drive elements) which extend in parallel to one another and which are interconnected by carrier bars. The carrier bars are situated transversely with respect to the conveying direction. The inclined conveyor is configured so that the load on the drive element is reduced due to the low weight of the carrier bars and a lower conveying speed. The carrier bars on the conveyor have at least two rods situated one on top of the other, have a circular cross section, and are fastened to the drive element as individual rods.
