    摘要: An electrical connector of the present invention comprises an elongate insulative housing, a number of terminals received in the housing and a pair of retention devices assembled in opposite ends of the housing. Each retention device comprises a U-shaped body having a pair of parallel mounting tabs and an elongate engaging portion extending from an edge of the body. The engaging portion forms a number of projections on opposite sides thereof for interferentially engaging with an inner periphery of a passage of the housing whereby the mounting faces of the retention devices lie in the same plane as mounting faces of the terminals.

    摘要: A battery connector comprises a dielectric housing defining a number of passageways, and a number of terminals received in the corresponding passageways. Each terminal comprises a blade-like mating portion having a lateral edge portion for electrically contacting a corresponding battery coil and a connecting leg outwardly extending from a free end of the lateral edge portion of the mating portion for connecting with a circuit board. The mating portion of each terminal defines a cutout in a corner recessed in the other free end of the lateral edge portion and opposite the connecting leg for extension of a connecting leg of an adjacent terminal when the terminals are connected to a terminal carrier strip.

    摘要: An electrical connector for engaging with a mated connector in a mating direction comprises a dielectric housing receiving a number of contacts therein, and a pair of retention members for securely fixing the connector to a circuit board. The housing forms a pair of latching members outwardly projecting from opposite ends thereof for securely receiving the retention members therein. Each latching member forms a recess and a projection integrally extending into the recess. Each retention member is L-shaped and comprises a latching portion having a width substantially equal to the width of the corresponding recess for being secured received therein, and a mounting portion perpendicular to the latching portion and extending beyond the corresponding latching member for being surface mounted to the circuit board. Since the retention members are securely fixed to the corresponding latching member in a latching direction perpendicular to the mating direction of the connector, the connector will not move in the mating direction when the mating connector is inserted into or withdrawn from the connector.

    摘要: The present invention provides a polishing pad with a pressure sensor and the polishing apparatus thereof. The polishing pad is used in the polishing process of semiconductor and other work piece, which includes at least one substrate, at least one pressure sensor and at least one signal transmitting module. The substrate has a polishing face, a bottom face opposite to the polishing face, and at least one cavity set on the bottom face of the substrate. The pressure sensor is set in the cavity and configured for providing a pressure signal. The signal transmitting module is set on the polishing pad and configured for transmitting a pressure signal. The pressure signal is a loading pressure value and/or loading pressure distribution on the polishing pad with a preset range. Thus, with the pressure signal, the polishing apparatus prevents the concerned work piece from being over polished to further improve polishing quality and yield.

A number of cavities is defined in the mounting surface and is exposed to the closed rear face. A partition, extending along a front-rear direction of the base portion, is formed in each cavity. The partition divides the cavity into first and second chambers. Each contact includes a blade portion, a fixing post and a contact tail substantially parallelly extending from the blade portion. The fixing post forms a pair of barbs extending toward the contact tail. The contact tail forms a terminating portion perpendicularly extending from a free end thereof for contacting to a printed circuit board.
