摘要: A sensor apparatus (10) including a sensor (20), a cable (80), a circuit board (50) and a housing (30) accommodating the circuit board. The housing (30) includes a first member (100) and a second member (200). The first member (100) supports the circuit board (50) in such a condition that the circuit board (50) is electrically connected to an external terminal (40). The second member (200) receives the cable (80) inserted thereinto and is engaged with the first member (100), thereby accommodating the circuit board (50) in cooperation with the first member (100). As a result of engagement between the first member (100) and the second member (200), the housing (30) establishes an electric connection of the circuit board (50) to the cable (80).

摘要: To provide a job scheduler, a job scheduling method, and a job control program that are capable of, even with an incapable CPU not equipped with a real-time OS, meeting basic real-time property that is required in a system. The job scheduler is a job scheduler 5 for calling each of a plurality of jobs for controlling an appliance to a main loop and causing each job to be executed. The job scheduler 5 carries out calling control including: dividing the jobs into a plurality of groups according to a degree of need for real-time processing of each jobs; setting a priority on a group basis; and restricting a calling frequency, per cycle, of a job belonging to a group of low priority to a minimum tolerated frequency.

摘要: An object of this invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an electronic device wherein a conductor layer is uniformly formed on a substrate having a super large area. In the method for manufacturing the electronic device, a metal film for forming a gate electrode is selectively embedded in a transparent resin film formed on a substrate, and the metal film is formed by sputtering directly on the substrate at the gate electrode portion, and on an insulating coat film on portions other than the gate electrode portion. The metal film on the insulating coat film is removed by chemical liftoff with removal of the insulating coat film by etching.

摘要: A structure of a rear portion of a vehicle furnished with a curtain airbag apparatus includes a rear pillar, a soft roof trim, a rear pillar trim harder than the roof trim, and a cover constituting part of the rear pillar trim and covering a specific area of a front face portion of the rear pillar trim. The curtain airbag apparatus includes a curtain airbag and an inflator for inflating and deploying the curtain airbag into the vehicle interior along side window glass. The cover of the rear pillar trim can easily be displaced frontward along an airbag deployment joint. When inflated, the curtain airbag fixed to a vehicle body along an upper edge and a rear edge of the side window glass in a retracted position deploys into the vehicle interior upon separating and displacing the cover of the rear pillar trim frontward from the other part thereof.

摘要: Disclosed is a steering wheel assembly, which comprises an airbag module 6 having an airbag 61 adapted to be inflated during a vehicle collision, and a centrally-located steering pad 8 housing the airbag module 6. The steering pad includes a deployment segment located around a peripheral region of the steering pad and adapted to be forcibly displaced by the airbag during inflation, and a stationary segment located in a central region of the steering pad and adapted to be kept in its fixed state even during the inflation of the airbag. The stationary segment is provided with a manual operation section adapted to be manually operated based on either one of rotational and sliding movements so as to control an in-vehicle device. The steering pad has a concave portion in at least a surface of the stationary segment which faces a driver, and the manual operation section has a portion disposed within the concave portion in such a manner that a lateral surface of the manual operation section is spaced apart from a lateral wall surface of the concave portion by a distance allowing the lateral surface of the manual operation section to be touched from outside.

摘要: Air conducting connector with simplified wiring layout and water-proofing. Connector 2 has air conduction path 3, having a first opening 3a and a second opening 3b. A heater wire 5, air conducting wire and terminal 6 of ECU side are inserted into the first opening 3a, while an air-conducting heater wire 7 and terminal 8 of sensor side are inserted into second opening 3b. Within the air conduction path 3, the ECU side terminal 6 and the sensor side terminal 8 are electrically interconnected. First opening 3a is sealed with resin. The rear part of the air conduction path 3 is sealed with a sealing material 8b. The sensor side terminal 8 and the ECU side terminal 6 are electrically interconnected on insertion to communicate an air conducting part of the sensor side heater wire 7 with an air conducting part of the ECU side heater wire 5 through air conduction path 3.
