    摘要: According to one embodiment, a transmission includes a first shaft, a first gear pair, a second gear pair, a synchronization mechanism, and a clutch mechanism. A first sleeve of the synchronization mechanism is movable along the axis of the first shaft between a pressing position, in which the first sleeve presses a second cone surface of a synchronizer ring against a first cone surface of a third gear of the second gear pair, and a non-pressing position in which the first sleeve does not press the second cone surface against the first cone surface. The clutch mechanism transmits rotation between the first shaft and a first gear of the first gear pair and transmits no rotation between the first shaft and the third gear. The clutch mechanism transmits rotation between the first shaft and the first gear while the first sleeve moves from the non-pressing position to the pressing position.

    摘要: The lubricating device for a transmission includes a first gear wheel at one of the front side and the rear side of a power transmission shaft, a second gear wheel at the other side of the power transmission shaft at a position different from the first gear wheel and an oil separator disposed below the first gear wheel and the second gear wheel extending in front-rear direction of the power transmission shaft and having an inner wall. The oil separator is provided with a descending sloped fluid passage which is provided on the inner wall of the oil separator so as to be sloped downward toward the one side of the power transmission shaft from the other side of the power transmission shaft receives lubricating oil scooped up by the second gear wheel and allows the lubricating oil to flow into a first gear wheel cover portion.

    摘要: A dog clutch includes a gear (40) mounted on a power transmission shaft (30), first and second dog rings (10, 20), a fork (60), springs (65), and cam grooves (31). The cam grooves (31) each include a first slope surface (36) inclined from the axial direction toward the positive rotation direction as the first slope surface (36) approaches the gear (40) and a second parallel surface (37) parallel to the axial direction. The first dog ring (10) includes first cam protrusions (16) to be engaged with the respective first slope surfaces (36), and the second dog ring (20) includes second cam protrusions (26) to be engaged with the respective second parallel surfaces (37). This structure prevents the dog rings and the fork from coming into contact with each other, thereby avoiding generation of abrasion and increasing the transmission efficiency.
