Abstract: The present application discloses a UTBB photodetector pixel unit, array and method, including: a silicon film layer, a buried oxide layer, a charge collection layer and a substrate, the silicon film layer, the buried oxide layer, the charge collection layer and the substrate being arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the silicon film layer includes NMOS transistors or PMOS transistors; the charge collection layer includes charge collection control regions and charge accumulation regions; and the substrate includes an N-type substrate or a P-type substrate. A centripetal electric field is formed around the charge accumulation regions, and photo-generated charges are accumulated in the corresponding pixel units under the action of the centripetal electric field. The existence of the centripetal electric field improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency, suppresses the crosstalk between pixels, saves the area of shallow trench isolation, reduces the size, and makes it more suitable for sub-micron pixels.

The method is used to heat the power battery.

Abstract: An operation control method and system for a clothing treatment device having a drum and a motor is provided. Load inertia of the drum and a fluctuation parameter of the motor are obtained. Load eccentric mass of the clothing treatment device is obtained based on the load inertia, the fluctuation parameter, and predetermined relationship data that is obtained based on pre-stored load inertia, torque fluctuation and load eccentric mass. The fluctuation parameter can be a torque fluctuation parameter or a rotation speed fluctuation parameter. The clothing treatment device can be controlled according to the load eccentric mass to optimize washing operations. For example, clothing and/or inlet water amount can be timely adjusted according to the calculated load eccentric mass. Thus, the clothing treatment device is prevented from producing significant noise during operations, and the service life of the clothing treatment device can be prolonged.

Abstract: A structure is provided that includes a first active circuit in which at least one of areas surrounding the first active circuit includes an active circuit-containing region. The second active circuit includes a circuit mimic fill area present in at least one of the areas surrounding the second active circuit. The circuit mimic fill area substantially matches the active circuit-containing region that is adjacent to the first active circuit. The circuit mimic fill area is located on an equivalent side of the second active circuit as the active circuit-containing region that is present adjacent the first active circuit. The use of the circuit mimic fill mitigates the effects over medium range and beyond distances that cause device failure.
