摘要： A cartridge includes a photosensitive drum having a rotational axis about which the photosensitive drum is rotatable, a developing roller having a rotational axis about which the developing roller is rotatable, and a casing rotatably supporting the photosensitive drum and the developing roller. The casing includes a groove open to outside of the casing, with the groove being defined by a first side surface, a second side surface, and a bottom surface between the first side surface and the second side surface. As seen in the direction of the rotational axis of the photosensitive drum, the rotational axis of the photosensitive drum and the groove are positioned along a line in an extended direction, with at least a portion of a first projected part being positioned on one side of the line and at least a portion of a second projected part being positioned on the other side of the line. A first end of the groove and a second end of the groove are open such that the groove forms a channel in the casing along the extended direction.

A first frame rotatably supports the photosensitive drum and a second frame rotatably supports the developing roller. A movable member is movable with respect to the second frame, with the movable member including a first force receiving surface and a second force receiving surface. The second frame is movable relative to the first frame between a contact position in which the developing roller is in contact with the photosensitive drum and a spaced position in which the developing roller is spaced from the photosensitive drum. The second force receiving surface is capable of being moved by the first force receiving surface between a first position and a second position, and the second frame is capable of being moved by the second force receiving surface from the contact position toward the spaced position.

摘要： An image-forming apparatus includes a housing, a cover, first and second drum cartridges, first and second exposing heads, first and second guides, a waste toner tube, a shutter driving member, and an interlocking mechanism. Each of the first and second drum cartridges includes: a photosensitive drum rotatable about an axis extending in a first direction; a drum cleaner; a discharging part; and a shutter. The first and second exposing heads are mounted on the cover. The first and second guides guide respective ends of the first and second exposing heads in the first direction while the cover is opened and closed. The shutter driving member is movable in a second direction in interlocking relation to the respective shutters through the interlocking mechanism. The shutter driving member is overlapped with at least one of the first and second guides in a third direction crossing both the first and second directions.

摘要： A process unit includes a photoreceptor drum, a charging roller, and a cam member. The cam member includes a mounting portion that externally fits to a shaft portion of the charging roller and a contact portion that protrudes to an outside of the mounting portion. Then, the charging roller is maintained in a separate state by bringing the contact portion of the cam member into contact with an outer surface of the drum main body, and the charging roller is switched to a contact state by rotating the cam member dependently with rotation of the photoreceptor drum in a normal direction.
