    摘要: A single-resistor measurement method, a motor control method, a controller, and a control system are provided. A direct-current bus current flowing through a single sampling resistor is obtained. When a lower tube of a phase bridge arm is switched on, a switch-on current is determined based on the direct-current bus current, and an on-tube voltage drop is obtained. A switch-on resistance is determined based on the switch-on current and the on-tube voltage drop. A three-phase current outside a current measurement dead zone is determined based on the direct-current bus current. A three-phase current inside the current measurement dead zone is determined based on the on-tube voltage drop and the switch-on resistance. A three-phase feedback current of the motor is determined based on the three-phase current outside the current measurement dead zone and the three-phase current inside the current measurement dead zone.

    摘要: A rotor structure, an electric motor structure and a clothing treating device are provided. The rotor structure includes a rotor iron core, a permanent magnet and a magnetic barrier. The rotor iron core includes rotor punching sheets arranged in a stacked manner. Permanent magnet slots are provided in the rotor iron core and the permanent magnet is disposed in the permanent magnet slots. The rotor structure rotates in one direction or two directions in a circumferential direction. In the rotation direction of the rotor structure, the magnetic barrier is provided on at least one side of the permanent magnet slot, and two ends of the magnetic barrier face an outer edge of the permanent magnet and an outer edge of the rotor iron core, respectively. The magnetic barrier is provided on a first punching sheet or a second punching sheet of the rotor punching sheets.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a front-loading washing machine and an unbalance detection method and device thereof. The method comprises: when a drum operates at a low constant speed, detecting the torque of the drum and acquiring average torque values; when the roller operates at a constant acceleration speed, acquiring average torque values and a minimum value of the average torque values of the drum in real time; determining whether a difference between the average torque and the minimum value of the average torque values is greater than a preset unbalance threshold; and if so, determining that dynamic unbalance occurs on the drum; otherwise determining that no dynamic unbalance occurs on the drum. Because no sensor is needed for unbalance detection, cost and the detection difficulty are lowered, and damages to mechanical components due to collisions caused by dynamic unbalance when the drum operates at a high speed is avoided.

    摘要: The present invention is applicable to the motor field, and provides a method and apparatus for driving motor and appliance. When a rotor of a motor rotates, a current angle of the rotor is detected at a current moment by using a Hall sensor, a back electromotive force of the motor is detected at the current moment, and a phase current of the motor is detected at the current moment; a target torque coefficient is detected by using a relational model for a back electromotive force and a torque coefficient according to the back electromotive force; a current torque coefficient is detected by using a relational model for a phase current and a torque coefficient according to the detected phase current; and a compensation angle is detected according to a rotor angle compensation model if a difference between the current torque coefficient and the target torque coefficient is outside a first error range; and the current angle is compensated by using the compensation angle, to obtain an adjustment angle; and power supply to the motor is adjusted according to the adjustment angle by using a field orientation technology. Therefore, active power required by the motor to drive a same load torque can be reduced, and a phase current required by the motor is correspondingly reduced.
