摘要: Disclosed herein are universal donor stem cells and related methods of their use and production. The universal donor stem cells disclosed herein are useful for overcoming the immune rejection in cell-based transplantation therapies. In certain embodiments, the universal donor stem cells disclosed herein do not express one or more MHC-I and MHC-II human leukocyte antigens. Similarly, in certain embodiments, the universal donor stem cells disclosed herein do not express one or more human leukocyte antigens (e.g., HLA-A, HLA-B and/or HLA-C) corresponding to MHC-I and MHC-II human leukocyte antigens, thereby rendering such cells hypoimmunogenic.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an offshore wind farm low-frequency alternating-current uncontrolled rectification electric power transmission system, comprising an onshore converter station and an offshore alternating-current system. The offshore alternating-current system comprises wind turbine generators, alternating-current submarine cables, a confluence bus, and offshore booster stations; the onshore converter station comprises a wind field side alternating-current bus, an alternating-current system side alternating-current bus, an alternating-current filter, an energy dissipation device, a rectifier, and a converter; the rectifier is composed of a three-phase six-pulse uncontrolled rectifier bridge, and the converter may be an MMC or an LCC; the rated frequency of the offshore alternating-current system is selected to be close to 10 Hz.

摘要: System and method for measuring dyslipidemia condition of a subject using thermal imaging is disclosed. The disclosed system and method includes thermal sensors for capturing thermal images and/or videos of a body part; and a processing engine to detect a predefined region of the body part in each frame of the captured images and/or videos. The processing engine segments one or more portions from the predefined region in each frame of the captured images and/or videos to identify a ROI comprising arteries in the segmented portions. Based on the identified region of interest, the engine extracts pixel values, representing biosignals, from each frame of the captured images and/or videos to determine parameters associated with a rate of atherosclerotic, levels of lipids and lipoproteins, and hemodynamic factors of the subject. Further a risk score for the dyslipidemia condition based on the determined parameters using computational models is measured.
