    Abstract: A coolant supply system for an electric vehicle axle drive having an electric machine, in the electric machine housing of which a stator interacts with a rotor. The electric machine outputs to at least one vehicle wheel of the vehicle axle via a transmission arrangement. A coolant separator is arranged in the electric machine housing, which divides the interior of the electric machine housing into a radially outer stator chamber, in which the stator with its stator windings is arranged, and into a radially inner rotor chamber, which is separated therefrom in a largely fluid-tight manner and in which the rotor is arranged.

    Abstract: A reheating method for operating a refrigeration system for a motor vehicle. The refrigeration system includes a refrigerant compressor, connected to a primary line and a secondary line; an external heat exchanger; an evaporator; a heating register; at least one movable temperature flap; and at least one shutoff element, which is arranged downstream of the heating register in the secondary line. The reheating method includes following steps: setting the at least one shutoff element in a position in which the refrigerant flows into the evaporator downstream of the heating register while bypassing the external heat exchanger, and incorporating at least one further heat sink, which is fluidically arranged in parallel or in series to the evaporator, in particular a chiller operating as a water heat pump evaporator and/or the external heat exchanger operating as an air heat pump evaporator.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, an optical sensor-equipped liquid crystal display device includes a display panel and a driver IC. The display panel includes a display area including pixels, a surrounding area surrounding the display area, peripheral circuits provided in the surrounding area, and an optical sensor outputting a detection signal in response to incident light. The peripheral circuit includes a shift register, and a gate switch group connected to the shift register and including a first gate switch and a second gate switch. The first gate switch is connected to a switching element for driving the pixel via a scanning line. The second gate switch is connected to a switching element included in a sensor circuit for driving the optical sensor via a scanning line for sensor.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to suppress a change in characteristics of a TFT using an oxide semiconductor film caused by that oxygen in the oxide semiconductor film is extracted by metal electrode. The main structure of the present invention is as follows. A semiconductor device having a TFT, in which a gate insulating film is formed on a gate electrode, and an oxide semiconductor film is formed on the gate insulating film; the oxide semiconductor film including a channel region, a drain region, and a source region; in which a metal nitride film is formed on a top surface of the gate electrode in an opposing portion to the channel region in a plan view; and the metal nitride film is not formed at a part of the top surface of the gate electrode.
