摘要: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor element and a first connection member. The semiconductor element includes a substrate and an electrode pad. The substrate includes a transistor formation region, in which a transistor is formed and which is shaped to be non-quadrangular. The electrode pad is located on the transistor formation region. The first connection member is connected to the electrode pad at one location. The electrode pad is arranged to cover a center of gravity of the transistor formation region in a plan view of the electrode pad. In the plan view, a connection region in which the first connection member is connected to the electrode pad includes a center of gravity position of the transistor formation region.

摘要: The present invention provides an alkaline water electrolysis anode such that even when electric power having a large output fluctuation, such as renewable energy, is used as a power source, the electrolysis performance is unlikely to be deteriorated and excellent catalytic activity is retained stably over a long period of time. The alkaline water electrolysis anode is an alkaline water electrolysis anode 10 provided with an electrically conductive substrate 2 at least a surface of which contains nickel or a nickel base alloy and a catalyst layer 6 disposed on the surface of the electrically conductive substrate 2, the catalyst layer 6 containing a nickel-containing metal oxide having a spinel structure, wherein the nickel-containing metal oxide contains nickel (Ni) and manganese (Mn), and has an atom ratio of Li/Ni/Mn/O of (0.0 to 0.8)/(0.4 to 0.6)/(1.0 to 1.8)/4.0.

摘要: The present invention relates to an injection molding stepping motor, including an injection molding stator assembly and a rotor assembly, wherein the injection molding stator assembly includes a stator iron core, a front framework, a rear framework, a stator winding, a front lining ring, a rear lining ring and a mounting bracket, the stator winding is wound in a groove of the stator iron core into which the front framework and the rear framework are inserted, the front lining ring and the rear lining ring are mounted on two sides of the stator iron core, the stator iron core is fixed on the mounting bracket, and the front lining ring and the rear lining ring each adopts a structure which is formed by punching and laminating thin plates with different inner diameters. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of reducing axial magnetic flux leakage of a motor and improving the moment of the motor.

摘要: An image acquisition system is disclosed. The image acquisition system includes: an object area configured to form an image on an image side; a condenser lens configured to converge light from the object area, the condenser lens being located on a light path of the object area; a color filter configured to filter the light collected by the condenser lens to obtain single wavelength of light, according to a forward direction of the light, the color filter being placed in front of the condenser lens; and an image sensor configured to receive the image on an imaging plane position of an image space, the image sensor being placed in front of the imaging plane position according to the forward direction of the light. The matrix image acquisition system and the matrix image projection system including the image acquisition system are also disclosed.
