    摘要: Apparatus, methods and systems for providing power to light-emitting diode (“LED”) light sources are provided. The apparatus may include a plurality of power output channels. Each of the power output channels may provide a current to a plurality of LED modules. Each of the LED modules may correspond to one of the power output channels. The apparatus may include a protection circuit. The protection circuit may receive a conditioned voltage. The protection circuit may use the conditioned voltage to feed to the power output channels an output current that, in total, has a power no greater than a predetermined power limit. The apparatus may include a voltage conditioning circuit. The voltage condition circuit may receive line voltage. the voltage condition circuit may condition the line voltage. The voltage conditioning circuit may provide the conditioned voltage to the protection circuit.

    摘要: The invention is a self-repairing light bulb and method for same, the self-repairing light bulb comprises a light bulb body forming a hollow interior for containing a set of illumination arrays, one or more light detectors to detect a set minimum level of illumination as issued from an energized illumination array, light analyzers connected to one or more light detectors and configured to activate a programmable electro-mechanical controller when a selected and currently energized illumination array fails to provide the set minimum level of illumination, the programmable electro-mechanical controller configured to energize one illumination array at a time from the set of illumination arrays in a set sequential pattern, further comprising a last illumination array energization warning system that is activated when a last-in-sequence illumination array of the set is energized.

    摘要: Provided is a light source apparatus including semiconductor light sources and a current detection resistor connected in series, a power source circuit that allows current to flow thereto, a current detection circuit that detects current flowing to the current detection resistor and outputs a current detection signal, a control circuit that controls the power source circuit such that a voltage of the current detection signal approaches a target value, a bypass circuit connected in parallel to the semiconductor light sources, and including a clamp element having a clamp voltage higher than a maximum voltage during operation of the semiconductor light sources and a bypass resistor connected in series to the clamp element, and allowing current to flow when an open fault occurs in the semiconductor light sources, and detection circuits that respectively detect an open fault in the semiconductor light sources based on an end-to-end voltage of the bypass resistors.

The traffic control device simultaneously sends an activating signal to the plural lighting control devices via the communication wire. The receiving units receive the activating signal. The controlling units activate the activating units based on a time from reception of the activating signal to activation of the activating units, set for the flashlights, respectively. When the power supply units are turned ON in an activated state of the activating units, respectively, the flashlights are lit by a lighting signal from the traffic control device, respectively.
