    摘要: An electric motor and conversion system includes a direct current power source, a rotor with two sides and two series of permanent magnets alternating in polarity, two stators on opposing sides of the rotor where each stator has a series of winding coils, magnet position identifiers, and a control system comprising a sensor that cooperates with the magnet position identifiers and a microcontroller to individually controls winding drivers. Preferably, the number of magnets on the rotor does not equal the number of winding coils on the stators. Also preferably, the magnet position identifiers are a series of apertures on the rotor through which signals pass. The conversion system can also include connectors for connecting to an axle, a removable throttle, and electric cables for electrically connecting the components.

    摘要: An electric motor and conversion system converts a manually powered vehicle such as a bicycle to an electric vehicle. The electric motor includes a direct current power source, a rotor with two sides and two series of permanent magnets alternating in polarity, two stators on opposing sides of the rotor where each stator has a series of winding coils, magnet position identifiers, and a control system. The rotor and stators are generally annular with a gap that enables the motor to be installed on the rear axle of a bicycle near the rear wheel. Preferably, the number of magnets on the rotor does not equal the number of winding coils on the stators. The control system includes a sensor that records input from the magnet position identifiers and a microcontroller to process the input and to individually control winding drivers to precisely regulate the operation of the motor in response to the input. The magnet position identifiers preferably are a series of apertures on the rotor through which signals pass, such as light passing from a light source on one stator to the sensor. A connector attaches the rotor to the rear axle so that when the rotor rotates, the rear wheel also rotates. The conversion system can also include a removable throttle and electric cables for electrically connecting all of the components. The control system and microcontroller can additionally detect signals from the throttle and adjust the speed of the rotor accordingly.

    摘要: A retractable thruster for a surface or submersible vessel, having thruster a propulsion assembly with a rigid structure secured to a cylindrical turbine. The rigid structure contains a motor suitable for rotating at lease one propeller inside the turbine via at least one rotary shaft positioned between the motor and the propeller. The thruster preferably further has a plate for closing the hull placed beneath the turbine and secured thereto, the propulsion assembly being displaceable between a retracted position in which it is at rest inside the hull and a deployed position for providing propulsion in which the propeller is immersed beneath the hull. The propulsion assembly is movable between the retracted and deployed positions by the propulsion assembly moving in a uniformly circular direction about an axis of rotation situated substantially no higher than the level of the hull.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a retractable thruster for a surface or submersible vessel, the thruster comprising a propulsion assembly comprising a rigid structure secured to a cylindrical turbine, said rigid structure containing or being suitable for containing a motor, said motor being suitable for rotating at least one propeller inside said turbine via at least one rotary shaft between said motor and said propeller, and preferably further comprising a plate for closing the hull placed beneath said turbine and secured thereto, said propulsion assembly being displaceable by displacement means between a retracted position in which it is at rest inside the hull and a deployed position for providing propulsion in which the propeller is immersed beneath the hull. According to the present invention, said displacement means enable said propulsion assembly to be moved between said retracted and deployed positions by said propulsion assembly performing uniform circular movement about an axis of rotation situated substantially at the level of said hull or beneath said hull.
