摘要: Component connector for connecting cylindrical components includes an elastic sleeve which surrounds the components, the elastic sleeve can be braced, a radially deformable fixing sleeve is provided which encloses elastic sleeve. Fixing sleeve has a profiled outer wall and clamping ring has an oppositely profiled inner wall so clamping ring can be pushed concentrically onto fixing sleeve in an accurately fitting manner, during a relative rotation of clamping ring, placed in an accurately fitting manner, in a closing direction, the fixing sleeve can be deformed radially inwardly by the surface profiling; and, during a relative rotation of clamping ring counter to the closing direction, the surface profiling prevents any rotation.

摘要: Rod belt for rod belt conveyors for agricultural machinery includes rods arranged transversely with respect to the running direction and parallel to one another. At least one of the rods has flattened and perforated end areas with which it rests on tensile stress-resistant, elastic, continuous belts which revolve in parallel to one another, and is connected by rivets or similar fastening elements which pass through the end areas and the belts. The rod belt may be produced with a rod division that differs from, and in particular is smaller than, the division of the fastening points on the belts. This is achieved by providing that at least one additional rod is fixedly connected to the at least one rod which is connected to the belts, and the at least one additional rod is free of contact with the belts.

摘要: An inclined conveyor for a combine harvester has two drive elements which define a conveying direction and revolve in a conveying duct. Conveying duct is divided into an overshot return duct and an undershot conveying duct by a separating element situated between the upper run and the lower run of the drive element. Drive element is interconnected by carriers situated transversely with respect to conveying direction that convey harvested crop in undershot conveying duct. The difference in speed between the carrier bars and harvested crop stream is eliminated, and at least reduced, by additional acceleration of harvested crop stream. Carrier bars serve as carriers, and as acceleration elements for the harvested crop. That is because the cross section of each of the carrier bars viewed in conveying direction, occupies at least 30% of the smallest internal cross section of undershot conveying duct.

摘要: A cam wheel for accommodating a cam belt has a hub plate for mounting on a shaft and a plurality of cylindrical bolts including belt support areas for accommodating the cam belt. The cylindrical bolts are attached to the hub plate such that gaps are formed between the cylindrical bolts for accommodating cams of the cam belt in a positive locking manner. At a first end of the respective cylindrical bolts a shaft is formed which is inserted into an opening in the hub plate. The shaft is reshaped at its end to form a closing head in such a manner that the hub plate is clamped in between the closing head and a shoulder is formed between the shaft and the belt area support.

The invention provides that the air hose (4) is jacketed by a support sheath (10) including material bars (10a) and intermediate openings (10b), the air hose (4) being connected in a connecting area (15) via the support sheath (10) to the ballast receptacle (20), and the openings (10b) being positioned at least in the first circumferential area (B1) of the air hose (4) so as to allow air to be discharged from the perforation (9) in the air hose (4).
