Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication in a shared spectrum. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive an indication of a set of starting offsets for an uplink communication, wherein the set of starting offsets includes at least one negative starting offset relative to a start of a slot or a mini-slot in which the uplink communication is configured to start; select a starting offset from the set of starting offsets; and transmit the uplink communication, wherein the uplink communication starts at a time indicated by the selected starting offset. Abstract: A method and apparatus for enabling repetitive transmissions for low latency systems is disclosed. For example, a base station may determine whether an uplink coverage parameter for a UE communicating with the network entity on an uplink communication channel satisfies an uplink coverage threshold, and transmit an activation message for repetition-based uplink communications to the UE based on a determination that the uplink coverage parameter for the UE communicating with the network entity on the uplink communication channel satisfies the uplink coverage threshold. Further, a UE may receive an activation message for repetition-based uplink communications from a network entity, and perform repetitive transmissions on the uplink communication channel for the duration indicated by the one or more transmission parameters in the activation message, the repetitive transmissions being configured based on the uplink sTTI pattern.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may enable adaptive receive diversity (RxD) by receiving an indicator for a channel occupancy time (COT), outside of the COT and in a non-RxD mode, and may transfer to the RxD mode for reception during the COT. After an end to the COT, the UE may return to the non-RxD mode. In this way, the UE enables improved power gain, diversity gain, or spatial nulling gain during a COT, and enables reduced power utilization outside of the COT.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to determining a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state for receiving a multi-transmission point (TRP) communication. A receiving device receives a configuration message indicating a lowest control resource set identifier (CORESET ID) for receiving one or more downlink control information (DCI) and determines whether a state of the receiving device is within a scheduling threshold duration for decoding DCI. The receiving device then determines a TCI state for receiving data based on a TCI state associated with the lowest CORESET ID if the state of the receiving device is within the scheduling threshold duration, wherein the TCI state associated with the lowest CORESET ID indicates one or more sets of quasi co-location (QCL) parameters. The receiving device then receives the data from one or more transmission points (TRPs) based on the one or more sets of QCL parameters.
