摘要: An operating method for computerized machine embroidery includes steps of: (a) transmitting two portions of the stitch data sets respectively into a first storage section and a second storage section; (b) embroidering according to the portion of the stitch data sets in the first storage section; (c) after completion of step (b), the embroidery machine erasing data from the first storage section; (d) after completion of step (c), the transmitting a remaining portion of the stitch data sets to the first storage section; (e) after completion of step (b), embroidering according to the portion of the stitch data sets in the second storage section; and (f) repeating step (b) after completion of steps (d) and (e).

摘要: A loading order according to which function modules are to be loaded from a storage unit is determined based on a predicted use situation of a user. The function modules are loaded according to the loading order thus determined. Subsequently, the function modules thus loaded are started up according to a start-up instruction. With such an arrangement, by determining the loading order based on a prediction of the user's desired function, such an arrangement enables a reduction in the length of a loading time that bothers the user.

摘要: Disclosed are various systems and features for use with a machine, such as a sewing machine, to facilitate patch library systems that may enable the storage and retrieval of patch configuration information. Such systems and features may be useful in the context of performing an action along a self-guided path on a substrate.

摘要: A decoration pattern data generating apparatus includes: a controller, the controller being configured to control the decoration pattern data generating apparatus to select an embroidery pattern to be sewn, specify an outline of the embroidery pattern, based on embroidery pattern data for sewing the selected embroidery pattern; set an area outside the specified outline, as a decoration area; and generate decoration pattern data for sewing a decoration pattern in the set decoration area.

摘要: With an embroidery design connecting data generating apparatus, an image acquisition unit acquires an image of an embroidery frame mounting a cloth having a portion where an embroidery design has been sewn. A display unit displays the image of the cloth having such an embroidery-sewn portion acquired by the image acquisition unit and an image of an embroidery design to be sewn to the cloth. An embroidery design data editing unit edits the embroidery design image such that it is connected with the already-sewn embroidery design in a state in which the image of the cloth having the embroidery-sewn portion is displayed on the display unit. Such an arrangement prevents the occurrence of overlapping or gaps after embroidery designs are sewn even if accumulated shrinkage occurs in the sewing operation, or slight alignment errors occur in position or rotation when the cloth is mounted on the embroidery frame.

摘要: A sewing machine includes needle bars, a notification portion, a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include acquiring sewing data for sewing an embroidery pattern made up of a plurality of partial pattern, setting correspondences between a needle bar among the needle bars and an upper thread data set included in the sewing data, for each of the needle bars, and the sewing embroidery pattern, detecting an error that occurs during the sewing, stopping the sewing when the error is detected, specifying a change-eligible needle bar, for which the sewing is completed, when a target data set exists, the correspondence with one of the needle bars not being set for the target data set, and causing the notification portion to notify information indicating the specified change-eligible needle bar.

摘要: Using an existing embroidery design that has been created for applique, data is automatically created for a cutting machine, which will cut the applique. Currently, the user currently has to cut these by hand—a labor intensive process or use a custom die that can be expensive. The process only requires that the applique steps in the sewing sequence are labeled as such. Generally, the applique steps are so labeled in order for the design creator to be able to let the sewer know what they are doing.

摘要: In a method for controlling sewing operation of a sewing machine, a stitch needle completes an in-and-out movement on a fabric with a first tension applied to an upper thread when the stitch needle, with respect to a fabric-feeding mechanism, is at a first relative position corresponding to a first pattern part of a predetermined stitch pattern. Afterward, the stitch needle is moved, with respect to the fabric-feeding mechanism, to a second relative position corresponding to a second pattern part of the predetermined stitch pattern, and completes an in-and-out movement on the fabric at the second relative position with a second tension, which is greater than the first tension, applied to the upper thread.

摘要: Printer driver systems and methods for automatic generation of embroidery designs are disclosed. An example method to convert image data to embroidery data, includes converting image data representing an image to first vector data, converting the first vector data into component data structures that specify regions within the image, converting a first one of the component data structures into a fill shape including second vector data, converting a second one of the component data structures into a stroke shape including third vector data, and generating embroidery data structures using the fill shape and the stroke shape.
