The terminal device includes: a terminal-side wireless communication unit having a capability of wireless communication at least with the sewing machine; a terminal-side recording unit configured to have a capability of recording embroidery data; an embroidery data obtaining unit configured to obtain embroidery data unrecorded in the terminal-side recording unit from the sewing-machine-side recording unit, and to have the terminal-side recording unit record the obtained embroidery data; and an editing unit configured to edit the embroidery data recorded in the terminal-side recording unit.
Abstract:
A coordinate data generator includes a coordinate data storage to store coordinate data, and a post-addition coordinate data generation section to respectively add independent values to the X coordinate value or the Y coordinate value of the coordinate data for each item of the coordinate data stored in the coordinate data storage, so as to generate new coordinate data in which a pattern has been distorted.
Abstract:
Provided is a sewing machine that enables a user to grasp the position of an interested point that is present inside and outside a stitchwork pattern without relying upon the user's imagination. This sewing machine includes an operation screen that displays, in a screen region, a frame image and a stitchwork image, and receives a user input of an interested point within a stitchwork frame displayed in the screen region. Moreover, the stitchwork frame is horizontally moved until a needle points out a point within the stitchwork frame and corresponding to the interested point input using the operation screen.
Abstract:
When marks all align with a mark alignment region in an image, an image is acquired for an embroidery frame and embroidery design sewn to a portion of a cloth mounted on the frame. Image analysis is performed based on correspondence between acquired information for the embroidery frame and for the marks. The embroidery region of the embroidery frame is determined based on analysis results. Acquired images of the cloth having the embroidery design portion and an embroidery design to be sewn to it are displayed. The embroidery design image to be sewn is edited to connect it to the image of the embroidery design already sewn to the portion in the displayed image. This prevents the occurrence of overlapping or gaps between embroidery design units even if accumulated shrinkage occurs in sewing, or slight alignment errors occur in position or rotation when cloth is mounted on the embroidery frame.
Abstract:

The tablet terminal includes: a display unit; a recording unit recording an operation corresponding content corresponding to the operational code in association with operational codes of a plurality of next options; an operational code receiving unit configured to receive the operational code from the sewing machine; and a display control unit configured to display, in the display unit, the operation corresponding content corresponding to the received operational code, and a list of next option contents corresponding to the operational codes of the next options.
Abstract:
Provided is an embroidery conversion device for an embroidery sewing machine including: a base-color setting unit configured to set a base color; a gradation-data generating unit configured to generate gradation data expressing shading for monotone embroidery, based on an embroidery color specified for each of the embroidery areas; a gradation shade-number setting unit configured to set a number of shades in gradation for monotone embroidery used in execution of monotone embroidery; a gradation-data converting unit configured to convert the gradation data generated by the gradation-data generating unit into working gradation data of the number of shades in gradation set by the gradation shade-number setting unit, and to set the working gradation data as the embroidery color display data; and a recording unit configured to collectively record the embroidery color display data specified for each of the embroidery areas and embroidery stitch data.
Abstract:
An embroidery data generator generates embroidery data of a whole pattern of joined pattern-configuration-elements. The embroidery data generator includes a pattern-configuration-element generation section configured to generate the pattern-configuration-elements from array patterns configured from unit patterns and having tapered profiles imparted to end portions of the array patterns, and to place the pattern-configuration-elements so that adjacent of the pattern-configuration-elements are joined to each other at tapered portions having the tapered profile.
