Abstract:
A sewing machine includes an arm portion, a thread spool mounting portion, a bobbin winder, a first guide portion, a second guide portion, and a partition wall member. The arm portion is provided with a drive shaft extending in a first direction. The thread spool mounting portion includes a thread spool pin to be inserted through a through hole of a thread spool. The bobbin winder is provided further to one end side of the arm portion than the thread spool mounting portion. The first guide portion is provided further to another end side of the arm portion than the thread spool mounting portion. The second guide portion is provided further to another end side in the first direction of the arm portion than the first guide portion. The partition wall member is disposed between the thread spool pin and the first guide portion in a second direction.
Abstract:
A sewing machine according to the present disclosure includes a base and a support member that is movable with respect to the base between multiple use positions. The support member is configured to support multiple tools such that a selected one of the tools is useable when the support member is positioned in each of the use positions.
Abstract:
A bobbin spindle winder adapter having conical base, a tubular guide that attaches to the conical base, and conical cone stabilizer that is mounted on the tubular guide after a cone spool has been placed on conical base tubular guide assembly.
Abstract:
An embroidery workstation utility cart for optimizing the positioning of supports for the embroidery machine, thread spool rack, monitor, workpiece queue, and other accessories desired for optimal embroidery processing.
Abstract:
A thread spool holding device has a plastic base plate that holds a series of preferably soft plastic spindles that can be introduced or removed from the base and can be arranged as needed by sliding along a slotted track of the base. Each spindle can hold a threaded spool and has a cross sectional configuration for gripping the center hole of the spool. The spindle ends can also hold a bobbin in tandem with a thread spool.
Abstract:
A spool holder includes a spool base and a thread guide mechanism including a thread guide member having thread guide portions guiding the threads extending from thread spools, respectively and a divided support pillar disposed so as to support the guide member on the spool base and including an upper support pillar having an upper end swingably mounted on the guide member and a lower support pillar having a lower end which is swingably mounted on the spool base, and a holding unit which holds the divided support pillar so that the pillar is switchable between a first position where both pillars are substantially vertically lined so that the guide member is located at an upper position in its use and a second position where both support pillars are bent at the connecting part so that the guide member is located at an accommodation position in its non-use.
Abstract:
Connection member integrally includes: a supporting section having a shape adapted to support a predetermined portion of a thread spool of a predetermined shape: a cylindrical portion for fixing a spool pin to the connection member by allowing one end portion of the pin to be inserted therein or thereon; and a fitting portion fittingly engageable with a mounting portion of a thread stand plate. Thus, the connection member and the spool pin are attached together to the thread stand plate with the connection member attached to the mounting portion of the thread stand plate via the fitting portion and the spool pin fitted at the one end portion to the cylindrical portion. The supporting section has a shape adapted to support predetermined portions of thread spools of at least two types having different configurations.
Abstract:
This invention is a device for transporting, holding and feeding a plurality of spools of level-wound or cross-wound thread on a home sewing and/or embroidery machine. This device fits over the vertical spindle of the machine if so equipped, or over a spindle devised for the intended machine so as to provide the same function if not so equipped. It consists of a disk with a flat base, free to rotate about its vertical axis, with provisions for accepting spools of thread of various standard sizes. It can be made of any material suitable for the purpose and embodies a thread guide for each spool when used to feed cross-wound thread. It also embodies a knob, pin, ring, or other feature to enable it to be installed/removed from the machine manually without tools.
Abstract:
A sewing apparatus is disclosed in which a thread cassette holding a needle thread wound is used. The sewing apparatus includes a cassette mount to which the thread cassette is detachably attached, a carrier carrying the thread cassette between an attachment start position and an attachment finish position in the cassette mount and a control device for controlling the carrier.
Abstract:
A thread cassette in the form of a cassette-like plastic box adapted for holding two bobbins of thread. Once assembled with the bobbins disposed therein, the cassette cannot be reopened. The cassette casing enables thread therein to be easily and readily dispensed on demand. The plastic box features an integral cylindrical element which fits a standard sewing machine spool spindle. A single-bobbin casing is another embodiment of the invention. The two-bobbin embodiment may be used for supplying thread to a two-needle sewing machine.
