Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a delivery bag, wherein the front wall of the bag and the rear wall of the bag are connected between the upper end of the bag and the lower end of the bag by at least one connecting element, which extends at least partially in the direction from the first edge of the bag to the second edge of the bag, in particular a first welded seam and/or an adhesion line, to form a first bag section containing the upper end of the bag, and a second bag section containing the lower end of the bag, and wherein the first section of the bag comprises at least one area for holding goods and the second section of the bag comprises at least one weakened zone for a handle hole. The present disclosure further relates to a method for producing the delivery bag according to the invention, and to the use of the delivery bag according to the present disclosure for the transportation of goods for delivery, in particular goods for delivery for online or mail order trading.
Abstract:
A portable bag is provided, comprising: a plurality of surfaces configured to define an interior compartment, the surfaces including a front and rear surface connected by a pair of side surfaces; at least two handling extensions, a respective each of said at least two handling extensions being positioned adjacent to and extending outwardly relative to a respective one of said pair of side surfaces, and at least two handling openings, said at least two handling openings being integrally defined on at least one of said at least two handling extensions. An associated assembly is also provided, including the portable bag further comprising a set of eyelets positioned on each of the front and rear surfaces of the plurality of surfaces and the assembly further comprising a portable bag dispenser comprising at least two portions configured to slidably extend through the set of eyelets.
Abstract:
A wide mouth carryout bag includes a front wall and a rear wall, each wall having a top edge, a bottom edge, first and second side edges. First and second side gusset joins the first and second side edges of the front wall to the first and second side edges of the rear wall. The first and second side gussets are folded inwardly from the first and second side edges of the front and rear walls. The bottom edge of the front wall is joined to the bottom edge of the rear wall at a bottom seal after the inward folding of the first and second side gussets. First and second angle seals extend from the first and second side edge of the walls to the bottom seal. When the wide mouth carryout bag is opened, the two angle seals will cause the bag to have a substantially flat bottom.
Abstract:
A bag includes a body with a closed and stepped end, and an opening in the closed end as a handle. A tube having a first panel, a second panel and two side gussets is provided. The tube is foldable inward along a longitudinal fold line on each of the two side gussets. A stepped end is formed. The first panel has a first longitudinal length, the two side gussets have at least one portion having a second longitudinal length, which is longer than the first longitudinal length and shorter than a length of the second panel. The second panel of the tube is folded along a latitudinal fold line between the top line of the first panel and the top line of the tube so as to form the closed end. The opening is cut in the closed end.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a receptacle (10), in particular a flexible bag (10) made of paper, with a front part (20), a back part (30) and a bottom (50), which is closed by a bottom unit, and with an opening (1) lying opposite the bottom (50), wherein the bottom unit has a bottom portion (120) of the front part (20) and a bottom portion (130) of the back part (30), the bottom portion (130) of the back part (30) is shorter than the bottom portion (120) of the front part (20), such that the bottom portion (120) of the front part (20) is secured directly on the back part (30) by turning the bottom unit (100) back along a fold line (101), and the opening (1) is formed by a peripheral edge (2) which extends at a height of the front part (20) and of the back part (30) and which is at least partially frayed, thereby reducing the danger of injury at the edge (2).
Abstract:
Biodegradable bags for disposing of a unwanted substance are formed from a bioplastic material made from a bio based material in the form of a maize flour, and a biodegradable plasticizer selected from the group consisting of vegetable oil, polyesters made from glycerin, glycerin, derivatives of glycerin, and combinations thereof. The maize flour comprises a minor volume percent of the total volume of the bioplastic material. A biodegradable additive is used to provide a degree of stiffness to the material, a preferred additive being polylactic acid. A UV stabilizer may optionally be included. Biodegradable bags have an open end and a closed end with a sidewall extending therebetween. The bag includes a feature for enclosing a substance once placed into the bag. In an example, the feature comprises an opening through a sidewall. Alternatively, the feature may include an adhesive section.
Abstract:
A portable bag is provided, comprising: a plurality of surfaces; at least two handling openings, the at least two handling openings being integrally defined on at least one of the plurality of surfaces; and an interior liner further defining the interior compartment of the portable bag, the interior liner being positioned intermediate the interior compartment and the plurality of surfaces, at least two portions of the interior liner being inset relative to the plurality of surfaces to define respective cavities substantially aligned with the at least two handling openings. An associated assembly is also provided, including the portable bag further comprising a set of eyelets positioned on each of the front and rear surfaces of the plurality of surfaces and the assembly further comprising a portable bag dispenser comprising at least two portions configured to slidably extend through the set of eyelets.

Methods include forming such container and forming at least one aperture in the panel area.
Abstract:
A method of forming bag precursors and individual bags from a supply of polymer sheeting is disclosed. The method includes the steps of folding a polymer sheet in half to form a bottom edge at the fold, two sheet faces, and a top edge opposite the fold; inserting a pre-closed zipper into the top edge between the two folded sheets and fixing the zipper to the inside surfaces of each sheet and with a header space between the zipper and the top edge of the sheet; thereafter opening the zipper and separating the sheets at the zipper; maintaining the open zipper portions and sheets in alignment and applying reinforcing patches to the interior of each sheet at the opening; and thereafter reclosing the aligned zipper portions
