    摘要: Provided are an organic electroluminescence device that not only provides high efficiency but also has a long lifetime, and an aromatic amine derivative that realizes the device. The organic electroluminescence device includes an aromatic amine derivative, including at least one substituent A having dibenzofuran and at least one substituent B selected from groups each having dibenzofuran or carbazole, in a molecule thereof, in which the substituent A and the substituent B include groups different from each other, and the substituent A and the substituent B are bonded to the same nitrogen atom, or different nitrogen atoms, in the molecule. The molecules of the aromatic amine derivative hardly crystallize, which improves a yield in the production of the organic electroluminescence device. In the organic electroluminescence device, including an organic thin film layer formed of one or more layers including at least a light emitting layer, the organic thin film layer being interposed between a cathode and an anode, the aromatic amine derivative is contained in at least one layer, particularly a hole transport layer, in the organic thin film layer.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device which produces substantially white light includes an anode; a hole-transporting layer disposed over the anode; and a blue light-emitting layer having a host doped with a blue light-emitting compound disposed directly on the hole-transporting layer and the blue light-emitting layer being doped with an electron-transporting or a hole-transporting material or both selected to improve efficiency and operational stability.     摘要: An organic semiconductor element with low driving voltage is provided. The organic semiconductor element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a hole-transport layer and an active layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The hole-transport layer includes a first hole-transport layer and a second hole-transport layer. The first hole-transport layer is closer to the substrate than the second hole-transport layer is. The first hole-transport layer and the second hole-transport layer are in contact with each other. A value obtained by subtracting GSP_slope (mV/nm) of the second hole-transport layer from GSP_slope (mV/nm) of the first hole-transport layer is less than or equal to 10 (mV/nm). Note that GSP_slope (mV/nm) is a parameter represented by V/d when surface potential and thickness of a film are V (mV) and d (nm), respectively.
