    Abstract: An activity recording system is provided. The activity recording system includes a three-dimensional camera, a sensor arrangement that is fitted to a subject being recorded, and an activity recording device. The activity recording device receives image information from the three-dimensional camera and sensor arrangement information from the sensor arrangement. Both the image information and the sensor arrangement information include location measurements. The sensor arrangement information is generated by location sensors that are positioned at target features of the subject to be tracked. The sensor arrangement information is a key to the image information that specifies where, in any given image, the target features of the subject lie. Activity data having these characteristics may be applied to solve a variety of system development problems. Such activity data can be used to training machine learning components or test computer vision components for a fraction of the cost of using conventional techniques.

    Abstract: A server system is described. The server system includes at least one processor and at least one memory storing a plurality of instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to receive a plurality of machine learning (ML) models and ML model data from the plurality of mobile computing devices, where the ML model data includes metadata, and the ML model data excludes media. At least one group of the plurality of ML models is selected based on the metadata, each ML model of the at least one group tested, and a plurality of metrics is determined based on the ML models that were tested. Further, a set of ML models of the ML models that were tested is selected, and at least two ML models of the set of ML models are combined based on at least one parameter.

    Abstract: Video analytics may be performed on user-triggered video recording to generate metadata that describes what was found in the user-triggered video recording. A subsequent video stream may be analyzed, thereby generating metadata associated with the subsequent video stream. The metadata associated with the subsequent video stream may be compared with the metadata associated with the user-triggered recording. When the metadata associated with the subsequent video stream matches the metadata associated one or more of the user-triggered video recordings in accordance with one or more matching criteria, an inquiry is outputted to an operator soliciting whether a user-triggered video recording should be initiated for the subsequent video stream. The method includes receiving from the operator a response to the inquiry indicating whether to initiate a user-triggered video recording of the subsequent video stream, and if so, initiating a user-triggered video recording of the subsequent video stream.

    Abstract: Systems, computer-readable media, and methods are provided. Relevant documents related to a specific entity are identified based on document metadata. Text and associated spatial coordinates are extracted based on relevant document pages. Significant document entities and associated spatial locations are identified. Page ranking is based on the extracted text and the spatial coordinates, the significant document entities, and image vector representations of the pages. A deep learning language model that utilizes the text and the spatial coordinates, layout information of the document entities, and the image vector representations of the pages is used to extract the user-defined attributes from the relevant document pages. First attribute values associated with the user-defined attributes are aggregated from the pages of one of the relevant documents into a single record. Second attribute values associated with the user-defined attributes are aggregated across the relevant documents. Aggregated records, including a first and second attribute, are written to a database.
