    Abstract: Aspects present herein relate to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. The apparatus may receive, from a base station, a logged measurement configuration including a PLMN ID and a NID, the logged measurement configuration further including at least one of a trace reference, a logging area, a MDT PLMN list, or a MDT NPN list. The apparatus may also store the PLMN ID and the NID based on the received logged measurement configuration. Additionally, the apparatus may compare the PLMN ID and the NID to an MDT SNPN list to identify if the PLMN ID and the NID are included in the MDT SNPN list. The apparatus may also transmit, to the base station, an availability indicator if the PLMN ID and the NID are included in the MDT SNPN list.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for remote user equipment (UE) discovery and link establishment for reduced capability UE are described. In some examples, a relay UE may transmit one or more discovery messages associated with establishing a sidelink relay communication link between the relay UE and a remote UE having a reduced communication bandwidth capability relative to the relay UE. In such examples, the relay UE may perform a communication bandwidth configuration procedure with the remote UE based on the remote UE having the reduced communication bandwidth capability relative to the relay UE. In some examples, the relay UE and the remote UE may establish, in accordance with the communication bandwidth configuration procedure, the sidelink relay communication link between the relay UE and the remote UE using a reduced communication bandwidth that is less than a full communication bandwidth allocated for the relay UE.

    Abstract: A device uses a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT. It transmits a first signal indicative of a first sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) pattern selected to avoid in-device coexistence (IDC) interference at the device between the RATs and receives a second signal indicative of a second SL DRX pattern obtained in view of the first SL DRX pattern and is configured according to the second SL DRX pattern. It transmits a third signal indicative of a first periodic or aperiodic SL gap selected to avoid IDC interference between the RATs. It receives a fourth signal indicative of at least one of a second periodic or aperiodic SL gap obtained in view of the first gap and is configured according to the second periodic or aperiodic SL gap. The device autonomously denies a sidelink transmission in response to the sidelink transmission prospectively causing IDC interference.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information indicating, for each of multiple candidate target primary secondary cells (PSCells), a lower layer triggered PSCell addition or change configuration. The UE may transmit a measurement report indicating beam-level measurements and cell-level measurements associated with the multiple candidate target PSCells. The UE may receive, via lower layer signaling, a PSCell addition or change command indicating a candidate target PSCell, of the multiple candidate target PSCells, that is to be accessed. The UE may perform, based at least in part on receiving the PSCell addition or change command, a PSCell addition or change procedure associated with the candidate target PSCell based at least in part on a corresponding lower layer triggered PSCell addition or change configuration for the candidate target PSCell.
