    Abstract: A user device and transportation entity, such as a transport vehicle or transport server, perform information exchanges for a transportation service using Device-to-Device (D2D) communications, such as dedicated short-range communication (DSRC), a cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X), or a 5G New Radio (NR). The information exchanges, for example, are related to, e.g., logistics and delivery of transportation services. For example, the user device may transmit a transportation request message that includes information elements, such as an identifier, a type of transport device requested, a number of users, requested destination, etc. The transportation entity may transmit a transportation response message accepting or rejecting the request. Additional messages, such as a status request and status of the transportation, as well as messages related to completing the transportation service may be exchanged.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) in a vehicle may transmit to another vehicle an inter-vehicle message with a driving maneuver request for a driving maneuver to be executed by the vehicle. The inter-vehicle message may include one or more estimated parameters, such as temporal, spatial, or trajectory parameters, for the driving maneuver. The inter-vehicle message may include further includes an indication of an estimation accuracy for the one or more estimated parameters. A UE in a vehicle that receives the inter-vehicle message may determine whether to grant, reject, or submit a counter-proposal to the request based at least in part on the estimated parameters and the indication of the estimation accuracy for the estimated parameters. A response to the maneuver request may be transmitted to the requesting vehicle that grants, rejects, or provides a counter proposal to the maneuver request.

    Abstract: Techniques are discussed herein for transmission of location information by a user equipment (UE) to other UEs. A UE receives Satellite Positioning System (SPS) signals and determines whether the SPS signals are reliable. The UE determines a location estimate to be transmitted to other UEs using the SPS signals if the SPS signals are determined to be reliable and using non-SPS information if the SPS signals are determined to be not reliable. The location information is transmitted to other UEs in a message that includes an indication of the source of information used to generate the location estimate. A UE that receives the message may determine its location estimate based, at least in part, on the indication of the source of information, e.g., by determining whether SPS signals are reliable based, at least in part, on the indication of the source of information received in the message.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) management for groupcast and broadcast are disclosed herein.     Abstract: Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes determining one or more sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) configurations associated with at least a communication on a sidelink, determining a wake up indication configuration associated with the one or more sidelink DRX configurations, monitoring for at least one wake up indication from at least one other UE based on the wake up indication configuration, the at least one wake up indication indicating a sidelink DRX on phase associated with the sidelink DRX configuration, deciding an action for the sidelink DRX on phase based on the at least one wake up indication for the at least one communication on the sidelink, and performing the action in accordance with the decision.
