    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a serving base station, a message indicating a set of synchronization signal block (SSB) resources for synchronization signal transmission by the serving base station and by one or more neighbor base stations. The SSB resources may include a first portion of resources associated with the serving base station and additional portions of resources associated with the one or more neighbor base stations. The UE may identify two or more symbols which are adjacent to consecutive SSB resources of the set of SSB resources, and exclude the two or more symbols from being used for communications between the UE and the serving base station based on the two or more symbols being adjacent to consecutive SSB resources. The UE may communicate with the serving base station on symbols other than the two or more symbols.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for signaling whether to generate cross-link interference (CLI) measurement reports based on a single CLI measurement occasion or based on multiple CLI measurement occasions. A network entity may indicate whether to generate a CLI measurement report based on a single most recent CLI measurement occasion or based on CLI measured over a number of CLI measurement occasions. The measuring user equipment (UE) may generate a CLI report based on a single most recent CLI measurement occasion or based on a statistical CLI measurement based on respective CLI measurements for each respective CLI measurement occasion of the number of CLI measurement occasions depending on the indication. The network entity may also indicate to the aggressor UE to repeat transmission of sounding reference signals using the same transmit beam during the CLI measurement occasions.

A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling from a network entity indicating a set of cross-link interference measurement occasions and a set of receive beams associated with the set of cross-link interference measurement occasions. The UE may generate a cross-link interference report based on the control signaling and a trigger of a cross-link interference measurement. The cross-link interference report may indicate the cross-link interference measurement for at least one receive beam of the set of receive beams. The UE may transmit the cross-link interference report to the network entity.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication for a user equipment (UE) includes entering a dormancy period for a secondary cell group (SCG) of a base station (BS) during which no downlink (DL) data or control transmissions are received from the SCG; performing a channel state information (CSI) measurement on the SCG during the dormancy period to generate a measurement report; determining an uplink (UL) beam of a primary secondary cell (PSCELL) of the SCG; transmitting the measurement report to the BS on the UL beam of the SCG; and determining, during the dormancy period and after transmitting the measurement report, one or more downlink (DL) beams for communicating on the SCG based on one or more rules and based on the measurement report, wherein the one or more rules result in the BS determining the same one or more DL beams based on the measurement report.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for aggregating random access requests across two or more physical random access channel (PRACH) occasions. Poor channel quality may inhibit the receipt of random access requests, and for user equipments (UEs) located in areas with relatively poor coverage, such aggregated random access requests may have an increased likelihood of successful receipt at a base station. The base station may configure a number of PRACH occasions to be available for aggregation of random access requests. A UE may receive PRACH configuration information from the base station, may aggregate a random access request across two or more PRACH occasions using the PRACH configuration information, and may transmit the aggregated random access request via the PRACH occasions. The base station may also configure one or more PRACH occasions to have a smaller subcarrier spacing for transmission of a random access request.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to configuration of a Layer 1 (L1) measurement report. A radio access network (RAN) node (e.g., a base station) can transmit at least one report setting, each associated with a selected information type, to a wireless communication device (e.g., a UE). The selected information type may be selected from a first information type and a second information type. When a report setting is associated with the first information type, the wireless communication device can transmit the L1 measurement report including both beam measurements and beam identifiers corresponding to the beam measurements for the report setting. When the report setting is associated with the second information type, the wireless communication device can exclude the beam identifiers from the L1 measurement report including the beam measurements for the report setting. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate a layer one reference signal received power (L1-RSRP) measurement report to include an indication of L1-RSRP measurements associated with one or more synchronization signal bocks (SSBs) included in an SSB set, wherein the SSB set is identified, from a plurality of SSB sets, in the L1-RSRP measurement report by an SSB set indicator, and wherein the one or more SSBs are identified in the L1-RSRP measurement report by respective SSB indexes that index into the SSB set.
