The method may comprise: starting a timer for an active time; receiving, from a second device through a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) based on a first sidelink (SL) resource, a first sidelink control information (SCI) including information related to a time domain of a second SL resource and information related to a frequency domain of the second SL resource; receiving, from the second device through a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) related to the PSCCH based on the first SL resource, a second SCI and data; determining a value of a SL discontinuous reception (DRX) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer, based on a time interval between the first SL resource and the second SL resource; and starting the SL DRX HARQ RTT timer.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for recovery from deadlock after master cell group (MCG) failure report in a wireless communication system is provided. Upon detecting a master cell group (MCG) radio link failure (RLF), a wireless device transmits information for the MCG RLF to a secondary node (SN) by using a secondary cell group (SCG), and starts a timer. Upon expiry of the timer, the wireless device performs a connection re-establishment procedure.

Abstract: An embodiment proposes a method for performing wireless communication by a first device. The method may comprise a step of receiving information related to a configured grant (CG) from a base station, the information related to the CG including information related to a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process ID for the CG, and period information of a resource related to the CG, and transmitting a first transport block to a second device at a first period on the basis of the period information and a first HARQ process ID. For example, on the basis that transmission of the first transport block fails, and the first HARQ process ID and a second HARQ process ID are the same, a discontinuous reception (DRX) timer related to the first transport block may be stopped at a second period related to the second HARQ process ID. For example, DRX related to the first transport block may include DRX between the first device and the base station and DRX between the first device and the second device.
