Abstract: A communication method and apparatus. According to the communication method, a session management function (SMF) receives a first message sent by a first terminal apparatus. The first message is used to request the SMF to establish a first session for the first terminal apparatus. The first message is further used to indicate that the first session is used for communication between the first terminal apparatus and a second terminal apparatus. The first terminal apparatus and the second terminal apparatus belong to a same unmanned aerial vehicle communication system. Then, the SMF sends address information of the first terminal apparatus to a first management network element based on the first message. This provides a possibility of exchanging address information of terminal apparatuses in an unmanned aerial vehicle communication system.

Abstract: Example communication methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes determining a first encapsulation identifier corresponding to an Ethernet session by a control plane network element and sending the first encapsulation identifier corresponding to the Ethernet session to a user plane network element, where the first encapsulation identifier is used to instruct the user plane network element to process a data packet corresponding to the Ethernet session based on the first encapsulation identifier. The terminal device determines the first encapsulation identifier corresponding to the Ethernet session and encapsulates an uplink data packet based on the first encapsulation identifier, where the uplink data packet is a data packet triggered by an application program bound to the Ethernet session. The encapsulated data packet is mapped to the Ethernet session corresponding to the first encapsulation identifier for transmission based on the first encapsulation identifier.

Abstract: This application discloses a load relocation method, apparatus, and a system. The method includes determining, by a communications network entity, a target access management entity for load relocation; and sending, to an access network entity, an identifier of an original access management entity and an identifier of the target access management entity or an address of the target access management entity with respect to the access network entity. The access network entity sends a message from UE to the target access management entity based on the identifier of the original access management entity carried in the message from the UE. Abstract: This application provides a route configuration method and an apparatus, and relates to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: After a first terminal moves out of a service scope of a UPF that currently provides a service for the first terminal, a first SMF inserts a first I-UPF into a user plane path of the first terminal, and configures, for the first I-UPF, a first routing rule corresponding to a second terminal. The first routing rule is used to send a packet whose destination address information is address information of the second terminal to a second A-UPF. Therefore, a packet whose destination address information is the address information of the second terminal can be directly forwarded by the first I-UPF to the first A-UPF, instead of being forwarded by the first I-UPF to the second A-UPF through the first A-UPF.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a flight area management method for an uncrewed aerial vehicle and a related apparatus. The method includes: An access and mobility management function AMF obtains flight area exception information of an uncrewed aerial vehicle, where the flight area exception information indicates that the uncrewed aerial vehicle is not located in a normal flight area. The AMF sends a flight area exception notification message to an uncrewed aerial system traffic management UTM, where the flight area exception notification message is used to indicate that the uncrewed aerial vehicle is not located in the normal flight area. When flight area exception occurs on the uncrewed aerial vehicle, using the UTM to control the uncrewed aerial vehicle can improve controlling safety for the uncrewed aerial vehicle.
