    摘要: An endoscope system has an driving-section for driving an insertion-section having an instrument. The driving-section is supported by a pivoting section rotatively. The driving-section has two rollers facing each other. The insertion-section is disposed between the rollers. The insertion-section is extended or retracted by rotating the rollers if the rollers are disposed with respect to the extension/retraction direction. If the pivoting section is pivoted to be orthogonal to the extension/retraction direction, the insertion-section rotates around its axial line by the rotation of the rollers. By doing this, it is possible to rotate the instrument easily in the endoscope system for extending/retracting the instrument by electric power.

    摘要: An endoscopic instrument includes: a knife; a wire having a distal end connected to the knife; a sheath allowing the wire to pass therethrough; a main body having the freely rotative sheath fixed thereto; a slider, having the wire fixed thereto, disposed slidable in an axial line direction of the main body; a stopper, provided to the wire or the knife, for projecting outward radially relative to the wire; a first-distal-regulation section and a second-distal-regulation section provided to the sheath for regulating distal sliding movement of the wire by making contact with the stopper; and a second-distal-regulation section, provided distally relative to the first-distal-regulation section, for regulating distal sliding movement of the wire by making contact with the stopper, wherein the stopper is capable of moving between the first-distal-regulation section and the second-distal-regulation section by rotating the main body relative to the sheath around an axial line by predetermined rotational angle, and at least two different projection lengths of the knife can be maintained by contacting the main body to the first-distal-regulation section or the second-distal-regulation section. Accordingly, at least two stepwise adjustment of the projection length of the incising section can be maintained easily and reliably.

This configuration allows the high-frequency knife to be maintained at different projection lengths based on the stopper making contact with the first abutment member and the stopper making contact with the projection-length-adjusting member.

    摘要: This invention reduces the amount by which members protrude to the outside of a forceps for endoscope that can perform an oscillating operation, and reduces the amount of contact between an organism and parts other than the surgical instruments, thereby maintaining the visual field of the endoscope. The forceps for endoscope comprises an insertion section that is inserted inside a body cavity, an openable and closable forceps section provided at the tip of the insertion section, and a operation section for controlling the forceps section. The forceps section comprises a first forceps member, and a second forceps member, which faces the first forceps member and can rotate with a first pivotal supporting member as a fulcrum; the second pivotal supporting member supports the first forceps member from vertically above it so that it can rotated freely around an oscillating operation axis member, and is provided between the oscillating operation axis member and an opening-closing operation axis member. A third pivotal supporting member supports the first forceps member from vertically outside, so that it can rotate around the oscillating operation axis member.
