摘要: This treatment instrument (1) for an endoscope is provided with a treatment section (2) for treatment, an operation wire (2) connected with the treatment section (2), a coil sheath (9) into which the operation wire (3) is inserted, an insulating tube (10) into which the coil sheath (9) is inserted, and an operation section (4) for operating the treatment section (2). The operation section (4) comprises a slider (15) rotatably connected with the operation wire (3), a body (13) to which the slider (15) is mounted movably forward and backward, and a rotational operation section (14) which is so mounted as to be rotatable with respect to the body (13) and has the coil sheath (9) so mounted thereto as to be not rotatable. The distal end of the insulating tube (10) is mounted rotatably and movably forward and backward to the distal end of the coil sheath (9). The proximal end side of the insulating tube (10) is separated in a manner so that the proximal end side is relatively movable in an axial direction with respect to the coil sheath (9) and covered with the operation section (4) so as not to be exposed even when the coil sheath (9) curves.

摘要: A treatment tool for endo scope includes a pair of forceps members (first forceps members and second forceps member) supported by a forceps rotation axis such that they can rotate relatively, an operation part for performing an open-close operation of the pair of forceps members, an operation wire that connects the pair of forceps members and the operation part, an insertion part which the operation wire is inserted into, a cover member that secures the forceps rotation axis to the insertion part, a connection member including a link rotation axis, provided at a distal-end part of the operation wire, and a pair of link members (first link member and second link member), first end parts of each being rotatably connected via respective rotation axis members to a proximal-end part of each of the pair of forceps members, and second end parts of each being rotatably connected to the link rotation member. The cover member includes grooves formed such that, by engaging with end parts of the rotation axis members, they restrict the movement of the rotation axis members in a direction of approaching the axis of the operation wire.

摘要: A treatment device for endoscope includes a flexible sheath, an operation wire that is advanceably/retreatably inserted into the sheath, a treatment part comprising at least one elastic wires that can enter and exit a tip side inner part of the sheath, and a connecting member that secures to each other a tip of the operation wire and ends of the elastic wires. The connecting member includes a cylindrical body part, and a plurality of walls that extend from one end face of the body part in the direction of the axis of the body unit. A proximal end of the operation wire is secured to the body part, and the plurality of ends of the elastic wires are secured to the wall in the direction of the axis; when viewed from the wall side in the direction of the axis, at least one of the ends of the elastic wires overlaps with the body part. The interval between mutually adjacent walls is narrower than the outer diameter of the elastic wires.

摘要: Disclosed is a treatment device for an endoscope including a treatment part that is adopted to treat tissue within a body cavity; a manipulating part that is adopted to manipulate the treatment part; a manipulation shaft member that connects the treatment part and the manipulating part; a multiple coiled sheath that is formed by spirally winding an wire bundle having a plurality of element wires arranged in a longitudinal direction; and a fixing portion that is arranged between a distal end and a proximal end of the multiple coiled sheath and regulates a first relative movement between the plurality of element wires and a second relative movement between a part of the wire bundle that are adjacent to each other as being spirally wound. The manipulation shaft member is inserted into the multiple coiled sheath so that the manipulation shaft member is capable of being advanced and retracted.
