摘要: A method of manufacturing an electro-optically active device. The method comprising the steps of: etching a cavity on a silicon-on-insulator wafer; providing a sacrificial layer adjacent to a substrate of a lll-V semiconductor wafer; epitaxially growing an electro-optically active structure on the lll-V semiconductor wafer; etching the epitaxially grown optically active structure into an electro-optically active mesa; disposing the electro-optically active mesa in the cavity of the silicon-on-insulator wafer and bonding a surface of the electro-optically active mesa, which is distal to the sacrificial layer, to a bed of the cavity; and removing the sacrificial layer between the substrate of the lll-V semiconductor wafer and the electro-optically active mesa.

摘要: A display device may include: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; and pixels provided on the display area, and each including sub-pixels each including an emission area and a non-emission area. Each sub-pixel may include a pixel circuit layer including at least one transistor, and a display element layer including at least one light emitting element configured to emit light and connected to the transistor. The display element layer may include: a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from each other with the light emitting element interposed therebetween; the light emitting element connected between the first and second electrodes; and a planarization layer provided on the pixel circuit layer, and coming into contact with at least a portion of each of opposite ends of the light emitting element. The planarization layer may overlap with each of the first electrode and the second electrode.

摘要: A display device, includes: a display panel including an active region and a peripheral region which are adjacent to each other; and an input-sensing panel on the display panel, the input-sensing panel comprising a first region, a second region, and a third region, which are overlapped with the active region and are sequentially arranged, and a fourth region, which is overlapped with the peripheral region, wherein the input-sensing panel comprises: a sensing electrode in the first and second regions and includes a plurality of conductive lines; and a trace line in the third and fourth regions and connected to the sensing electrode, wherein a density per unit area of the conductive lines is higher in the second region than in the first region.
